When I first started with Jules from Pancham, I told her that either she be my Angel or executioner. Well she turned out to be my Angel. Before working with Pancham, we couldn’t get leads through the door and I was close to closing up my studio. Jules and the team crafted a great offer, set up a simple system, even for someone not tech savvy like me, And the best thing of all, they reach out with a live person and booked the leads for us!! I really appreciate everything that Pancham and Valerie has done for my Burn. When I purchased this location they had not done much advertising so we had to start from scratch. We have had great results since really utilizing all that Pancham has to offer.

We had the exact opposite experience from what many of these positive reviews suggest. From the beginning, we were sold a vision we were never able to achieve. Despite being in a highly saturated market, the team insisted on a cookie-cutter approach that simply didn’t work for our business model or audience.

We partnered with this company in October and repeatedly asked that they not remove our campaigns, yet they proceeded anyway without clear communication. To make matters worse, they retained full control of over $8,000 worth of leads that we can no longer access.

There was absolutely no guidance on offboarding, no transition plan, and no support in recovering our data. In the end, we were left frustrated, misled, and disappointed by a lack of transparency and accountability.

Response: Response to Pancham’s Statement:

I appreciate the response, but I must respectfully correct several misstatements and clarify the reality of this engagement:
1. Your performance numbers are inaccurate and misleading. The “931 leads” and “223 member sign-ups” you cite are not solely attributable to your efforts. Many of these leads were generated or converted by my own team, and some were even duplicates or unqualified entries. If anything, your actual booking conversion rate was closer to 33%, with a high no-show rate and low lead quality—even after I approved discount offers against my better judgment.
2. Stop citing “industry average.” That’s a vague, unsupported claim that you throw around without any formal benchmark or source. It’s a number you made up and clung to in every conversation to deflect responsibility.
3. The actual lead total was 921—not 931. This discrepancy underscores your team’s lack of attention to detail, which was evident in nearly every email you sent, riddled with typos and careless formatting. That sloppiness extended to your reporting and campaign execution as well.
4. The offboarding process you promised was never delivered. The lead list was only sent on June 5th, even though your ads continued running through June 9th. And once again, your Client Success Manager failed to include the actual offboarding date—more evidence of disorganization and lack of accountability. There were also no detailed steps or official documentation; instead, I received a copy-pasted ChatGPT template with placeholders (e.g., “[insert date]”).
5. You repeatedly blamed me for “sticking around” or “trusting your company.” This isn’t just unprofessional—it’s offensive. I gave your team every chance to course correct, approved multiple unpaid trials, accepted your strategy shifts, and participated in every scheduled call. I was trying to make this work.
6. The market analysis was wholly inadequate. It included only four competitors, two of which were other F45 studios—one over 12 miles away. You failed to analyze or reference our actual top competitor’s pricing or positioning, which rendered your “high-ticket offer” strategy unusable. Instead, you pushed a low-barrier offer that flooded my studio with unqualified leads, simply to inflate your numbers.
7. You never once met—let alone exceeded—any agreed KPI. Every target had to be chased down by me. I was the one initiating meetings, raising performance concerns, and asking for updates—not the other way around. My Client Success Manager’s involvement was minimal at best.
8. The lead export file lacked crucial compliance data, such as whether individuals opted out or unsubscribed from communication. That omission placed my company at legal risk of up to $500 per SMS under TCPA guidelines—further highlighting the lack of care and understanding of operational liabilities.

Why I chose Pancham:

I was looking for a new marketing team to generate more traffic into our studio. When I officially started the search, our studio had gone a week without a single lead from our previous marketing team's ads, much less someone actually coming through our doors from them. I felt like we were just throwing away money.

The aspect that really set Pancham apart from other marketing calls that I had was their commitment to conduct all lead follow up for us. They said they would book the first session and literally send people through our doors. The rest was in our hands after that. I was pretty confident in my team to close sales once someone was in front of us, so I took a flyer on them.

What I love most:

Two things.

I love that Pancham does all the lead follow up for us. 18 hours a day, 7 days a week, I have a team actively reaching out to leads that are coming in through our ads. This has not only saved my team hours of lead outreach work, but it has significantly increased the amount of traffic coming into our studio. I can't stress the benefit of this aspect enough.

I also like that I don't have to come up with my own marketing strategies. Pancham runs everything by me and gives me a say in what they're doing, but they propose the strategies, and I'll I have to do is approve of it. They also stay on top of the performance of the ads. Every two weeks, we look over our numbers and see if it's worth pivoting to a new strategy or continuing with our current one. They stay on top of the game daily so we aren't running ads that have been outdated or aren't performing well. They won't let me pay for ads that aren't working, and I love that.

My overall experience:

The first month is usually the slowest when you switch to a new marketing team, as they have to learn the ins and outs of your business and market. If that ends up being true with Pancham, then I am in incredible shape as a small gym owner. 50 intros sent through our doors, 22 membership sales, and 12 active trials at the end of our first month working with them has made me very satisfied with the early returns. I'm excited to see what month two brings our way. So far, nothing but high praises!

This company is a rip-off. Their guarantee is a lie. They are very misleading and do not honor the guarantee. In 90 days I gained one new member and not sure it was from any efforts of Pamcham. If you decide to do this anyway at make sure you pay attention to what information you provide them in the beginning. This is a hat they used to say that my studio was not in line to receive a refund. They said I did not give them the information that they asked for, (which was not true). What can you do, they are in Canada. 1 new member and very few appointments later it was 6 thousand dollars wasted.
