In an order of 7 sample items, the printing on one was a little odd. There was dust or something that caused the print on the water bottle to feel bumpy. I emailed Gooten support with my concerns about the all over print and they responded that it looked like a manufacturing error. Marta quickly placed a replacement order which I should receive soon. Completely happy with the level of support for a new client.

On user error, I created a a logo for a company without making it transparent. The team was able to find my order and correct these issues for me. The team was respectful and fast! always kept me updated and I love to be kept in the loop.

I'm a new customer just starting out with my shopify store. Unfortunately I've run into constant roadblocks with Gooten. From actually getting an account setup, to actually placing a test order. If I were not persistent I would still not be using your platform. I feel that I've encountered more than should be expected issues with just getting started. How are things going to flow once I get customers, this is what scares me with your company. I truly hope that I don't have to push constantly to make my business work when using Gooten for my POD company, because if that's the case it's not acceptable.

Despite some initial bumps in the road, Gooten has shown an incredible commitment to improve, they have also been receptive of feedback and it all shows! they are now one of my trusted drop-shipping companies and partners!

I have been working with several on demand printers for years now. I started working with Gooten in January 2021 and I am very pleased with the quality of the products and the customer service.
Thanks to Gooten, I am now pivoting my stores to higher end, higher quality products such as prints on recycle aluminum or framed canvases and my clients are loving it.

I previously left a bad review in the middle of a number of printing issues I was experiencing with the socks in my Etsy shop. I wanted to update the review, as Gooten has gone above and beyond to fix the issues and make this right for me. Very pleased with their response!

I am still waiting for an important element to complete the resell forms. I was told gooten has my florida resell certificate on file. Innorder to complete the other forms i need the number but I can’t find my number. I have requested the number to be sent or a photocopy of the certicate so I can get finished finishing the other resell forms.

Gooten is my chosen supplier because in terms of turnaround time and price they are superior. For what I use gooten for, I give 5 stars. Ive also had problem orders which they fixed quickly and easily, their support team is good.

I need to start by saying I was very excited about Gooten initially. I ordered a print sample and they even contacted me to let me know that it wasn't formatted correctly so I could go fix it before it was printed. After this, I was over the moon about the service. I received a print and was impressed by its quality and packaging.

I was very excited about ordering some more samples and some stock to bring to art shows as I would like to start doing some shows this summer. I ordered 2 cards, 1 art print and a canvas wrap to see the quality and the total of the products came to 16 dollars. The total of the shipping came to 31 dollars for a total of 47 dollars plus tax. I wrote to them to inquire why they are charging 200% the cost of the item to ship and I was given a cookie cutter response that didn't even answer my questions. It looked like someone copied and pasted it. I can't order my stock and pay 100's in shipping. So I guess I can't order my stock from Gooten. With that level of shipping I might as well just order it from a local print company and have more control over the quality of the product.

In addition, the fact that Gooten does not have a chat function or a number for customer service is a problem. As a seller, if I need help with a customers order, I don't want that help tomorrow, and then if I write a response I get an answer the next day. This isn't the 1990's. If I need customer service, it needs to be more immediate as I am dealing with a customer base that I need to make happy.

One of the worst quality of print I’ve ever seen in my life.

Use this service at your peril, can do serious damage to your reputation with customers.

Worst POD co. I ever worked with, I ordered 4 different posters one of them say said it is delivered and I never received that and another one is still on transit for the last 4 weeks,
I will suggest you guys don't use Gooten for its prices because it has the worst services and you will lose your reputation with customers.

Terrible company. Shippe the wrong item completely and when I asked to get the right one they put it on hold for "copyright reasons" I did the art myself and they need (Commercial prood) so I cant just send them the art. they have already produced about 8 of these exact products for me but now they wont do it because its a reprint. i have asked for the manufacturer but gooten wont give it to me because they know they are a P.O.S. company that deserves to be bankrupt. and would lose all their customers because they are terrible. I have had so many problems with them. Just find another site if you can. They do not treat their customers well and DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. This company makes me so mad i had to share this.

I use this for my Etsy shop and they have put my business in a very awkward position with my clients. I have had to give so many refunds because I cannot solve any issues since their customer service is nonexistent as others have said. They mark my orders as shipped and then they get stuck on pre-transit" for weeks! Basically, UPS never receives them (have checked with them) and Gooten just creates the label. My items seem to be lost, my customers annoyed, I am losing money by giving all these refunds and I get no response or no resolve from Gooten. And if they ever respond, how useful will it be if it takes a month? I've already lost my client, money and shop rep!

I will give 0 star if I can. This is outrageous! One of my family members ordered an item from my store. It came in 17 days later with a very cheap quality and misprinted item, nothing like the mockup on the website. Completely unacceptable printing quality. I have two other customers ordered the same item that can not be canceled now because there's no service. I am very worried about the reputation of my shop at this point. To save you some embarrassment, do not trust this company!

I've been using gooten for almost 3 years and I'm really satisfied with the quality and variety of products but what makes me stay is their excellent customer service. Yes, you can have problems with orders that printed badly or they sent the wrong design (as with all dropshippers) but this is very very rare with them and they always solve it. They send reprints fast if you show proof of the problem so I don't have to worry. There are some products that are too expensive and I think they should find other partners since you can't compete in price but for popular products like mugs, shirts, or pillows they have the best prices. The etsy integration gave me a few problems in the past but now works well so overall I still think they are the best dropshipping option out there.

I ordered ornaments from Gooten and while it took quite a while to get here...they are fabulous! Much better quality and craftsmanship than I expected and immediately ordered many more for my business.
