No app and out of pocket!
I purchased an app 03/06/2024.
I was charged for this, but didn't receive it. Contacted Google about the matter several times. Eventually was promised a refund, but I'm still waiting. I have a copy of the online chat promising this.
Despite this I am still without either the app or cash.
I now cannot even get in touch with them seems they've vanished into thin air.
Very, very. Angry.
I just want to add to this review. The app was for a VPN security. Using a free app right now.
Also when I did manage to contact Google, each time I was past from pillar to post, trying to find the right department. Only to be told there's not any proof you've not got the app. But now after sticking to by my principals I've proved to be right. I'm left out of pocket!
Google is well known worldwide. It's really not very confidence inspiring.
