Worst experience ever. Purchased Taylor Seift merchandise for my daughter. She normally wears a 2x and so I purchased it in a 4x knowing how small things are from China. I received them and they fit me and I am a small. Not to mention it was the cheapest clothing I have ever seen from China. After much back and forth they agreed to let me return it as long as I pay shipping costs. Spent another $40 so I could get back $75. The merchandise was so cheap I was able to send 4 sweatshirts in 4x back to them in one large shipping envelope. I sent in January and it has been stuck in customs in China since then. They can see the tracking that I returned it but they wouldn’t refund me in total. Only got $40 back. Will never shop there again and I highly suggest you don’t either because they have poor quality merchandise and extremely poor customer service and you will get ripped off.

Would give 0 stars if I could - terrible customer service experience. Items never arrived (ordered in October 2023) and I have been since chasing for a refund with no response to my various emails

"It's a total scam. The goods depicted not only look different but they are NOT the same goods - it's fraud, and I will be reclaiming the money or taking legal action if they do not refund me in full. STAY AWAY!"

Never sent an order conformation, had still not sent the order 3.5 weeks later. Items received were nothing like pictures on the website. Cowboy company!

I ordered a Taylor swift hoodie which looked amazing in the photos. However when it arrived many weeks later the quality was horrific. It looked nothing like the picture. It wasn’t even the same colour and the material was cheap and shiny. The sizing was also off. The picture showed a baggy cotton hoody. What I received was nothing like it. Tried to complain and all I got was an offer of coupons to buy more crap from their store so essentially I have been robbed. Do not buy anything from this site. They don’t allow you to write reviews on the site either because they know their stuff is crap. I wrote a review but it was never published. It’s such a shame because it could be a really profitable company if they produced quality goods because the designs are lovely but you will not receive the same as the picture and you will not receive a refund. It’s a scam!

I waited over a month for my package. I ordered 3 Taylor Swift-themed “sweatshirts”. They came a month and 6 days after it was placed. The quality of the shirts is awful. The sleeves for both women’s medium and large are short enough to be a kid’s XL and the overall feel of the shirts is uncomfortable. Don't fall for the pretty designs and decent prices like I did!

Don’t buy from this company, save yourself the headache. The sweatshirt I received was not as described or shown. Quality is terrible, customer service is terrible. They would not issue a return or refund just wanted to give us 10% off next order. This company is trash do not do business with them.

I received 2 of 3 taylor swift sweaters yesterday and they are absolutely horrendous the material is nothing like the advertising picture the neck is far too big don't waste you're money like I have
They were advertising on Instagram so I presumed it would be good quality also it's taken weeks for them to arrive I'm still waiting on the 3rd item to arrive I will probably just use them to wear around the house I wouldn't dare step foot outside in them THEY REALLY ARE THAT BAD

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. DO NOT BUY. I got sucked in by the Taylor Swift merch. It took ages for it to come and the products were awful when they came. I have been in a return battle for months now. I paid €45 for postage just for the address not to exist and the package to be returned to me. I have told them that the package was returned to me and I want my refund because it is their fault that they did not receive the items back but I just got a generic "We will only start the refund process after the logistics information shows delivery." It will never show delivery because the address does not exist. I currently have 16 emails spanning the 27th of September to the 27th of February. RUN RUN RUN! Don't waste your money!

Not a sweater, poor printing unable to identify figure on print. Cannot return even though I emailed numerous times, return address not a known address.

Bought Taylor Swift ‘sweatshirts’ not sweatshirt material at all. Cheap, shiny, horrendous. Should have looked on trust pilot first. No response from customer service. Feel like I’ve been scammed. This company needs reporting !!!

I loved the clothing selection! And prices too. I have yet to receive an order confirmation email, just received the email to rate how my experience was on the site. I took screenshots of my order to have some record of purchase but no where on the final checkout transaction complete does it show an order number. I at least have confirmation on my credit card of a transaction in the order amount, but it does not say it’s from Goodyshe. I would love an email with an order confirmation and order number, and also hopefully a follow up email once the items have shipped with tracking information provided.

Wish I’d of read the reviews here first!!! Ordered Taylor swift items and the quality is horrendous!!! The only place these will be going in is the bin!!! Tried to return but no response.

I ordered Taylor Swift sweatshirts and the quality is horrible. The material on two of the sweatshirts are stiff, shiny, and feel like plastic. The items did not look like the pictures from the website. Customer service has responded but with coupon amounts to buy more merchandise. After several emails they sent a return address to China and will not refund until items received. Would not buy from this company again.

Ordered a woollen jumper with a felt and hair springer spaniel from here in November..
I got in touch beginning of January as my item still hasn't been dispatched..
They finally sent it to me...
As sweatshirt with a faded springer spaniel on it..

Its scam. Few months ago i ordered and payed some stuff. Till today i didnt recive anything, and i wrote to support, no response. Just scam

I wouldn't even give a 1 star. Ordered the 3D dog sweater. First wasn't even a sweater just a cheap sweatshirt with screen printed image like you would get from wish. Also took over a month to arrive. Poor quality merchandise. Will never order again
