Second harness I’ve bought from goody paws and it’s beautiful!

However, we feel it’s important to clarify the timeline of events for context. You first reached out to us via email on Thursday at 12:46 PM after you received one parcel, and we received your message promptly. Despite our standard response time being within 24 hours, you left your Trustpilot review at 5:21 PM the same day—less than five hours later—even before we had an opportunity to investigate and respond thoroughly.
Your order consisted of two parcels due to packaging constraints, as explained in our email correspondence. Both parcels were dispatched at the same time, and tracking information confirmed that one had been delivered and the other was out for delivery but not showing a time.
To address your concerns proactively, we arranged for a replacement item to be shipped via next-day delivery, even before the tracking on the second parcel was fully resolved.
We strive to resolve any issues efficiently and fairly, and it’s disheartening that we weren’t given sufficient time to address your query before a public review was posted.

Harness unsuitable.
Sorry not suitable for my Westie ,the xs is ideal BUT I am unable to actually undo the straps ; I assumed plastic buckles would be used for easy on/off.
So I will need to return, please advise.
