I am not sure how to contact you guys but I need some help.

We had a large order on very short notice for acrylic recreations of our product. GoodPrints did a truly fantastic job, and everyone loved the work they provided. Highest possible recommendation!

I don’t often submit a review prior to receiving the product that I’ve ordered, but my experience with Good Prints has been quite exceptional thus far. The online tools to help me with the design of a personalized product are extremely easy to use with many design options. I was excited to design a coffee mug with a photograph of me and my two best friends. I ordered 3 mugs, one for each of us.
Upon placing my order, I received a thank you email from Christian Rea, the Founder and CEO. In the email he asked if there was anything else he could do to make my experience with Good Prints, now and in the future, any more positive.
I realized that I was having all three mugs delivered to my address but it would be so much easier for me during the Public Health Emergency, to have the mugs delivered to each of us. I asked, and Good Prints is making that delivery change!!!
It’s really nice to see a company so invested in customer satisfaction!
I will be telling all my friends about Good Prints and can’t wait to see my mug!

They did a great job with my King size photo Duvet order and Christian was wonderful to work with. Ordered it the 3rd of December and received it on the 14th of December.

Highly and most certainly recommend GoodPrints 2 anybody who is looking 4 that something special in their pictures. The staff is very professional and most helpful.

Honestly, I was agitated that my product was ordered on May 31, 2020 and paid $46 dollars for 2 day shipping to surprise my friends for their 30th Anniversary, and I hadn’t received my package by the 8th of June which was their anniversary date. HOWEVER, when it did arrive on the 10th of June and I opened the package I was in AWE!!! It was absolutely beautiful it was worth being a belated gift! Thank you

I had an unexpectedly wonderful experience with GoodPrints. I've used other online and in-store services before, and frankly, my expectations were pretty low. Not only did GoodPrints offer an excellent user experience through its site, I was able to easily and quickly put together my wall prints. Most importantly, when the prints arrived in the mail (and they arrived FAST), I was very impressed by the quality. The colors are OUTSTANDING. My new GoodPrints pieces are my absolute favorite new wall adornments, and, I even got a thank-you coupon to use for my next purchase. I'll definitely be ordering from them again soon.

My hubby moved away from his hometown so we could be together, and I wanted to feature a picture of his hometown in our living room on a giant canvas. Christian from GoodPrints was so helpful! We now have a huge print hanging in our living room that's so meaningful and it looks awesome! The quality of this canvas is top notch, and makes a nice statement in our home. I'd definitely use them again!

Terrific customer service with helping place an order!

Searched high and low for durable wine glasses that could be personalized with photos. This was literally the only site I could find. Lucky me! Not only was it perfect for finishing up my Christmas shopping, the customer service was amazing! Don’t hesitate to “chat” because they are quick with responses, not waiting forever between exchanges. Instant messages and helpful service. The remake of the photo is beautiful. The fact the CEO, of the company, cared enough about my first experience and made another product, is unbelievable. I am so happy with this photo and I am now a customer for life!
