Well-designed products and amazing customer service
I bought two Monochrome bags from Goodordering a few months back and am amazed by how well-designed and versatile these are. They can be used as backpacks, pannier bags and tote bags. As a newbie to using pannier bags, I encountered some difficulties clipping them the right way to my bicycle rack and this caused one of the clips to snap. I emailed Jacqui about this and she kindly offered me useful instructions and even sent me a replacement clip free of charge. I would highly recommend this company for innovative, well-designed products and excellent service.

I ordered something but returned it but loved the experience overall. A very friendly bunch who are really interested in listening to feedback to improve on their product and service. Loving my yellow rolltop
Absolutely loving my yellow rolltop backpack/pannier. It’s durable, really well made and fits so much in It. It was a tough choice between the red and black but I’m super happy with my final decision. Really recommend this company - great to deal with and beautifully made products.
