Great short workouts!
Three 20 minute work-outs every week, easy to fit into a busy schedule and very enjoyable. In my late 70s, I have stopped my gym membership and needed motivation to do regular exercise and have just finished Week 4. This is a great program that everyone should be able to do to their own ability and still benefit. Emma demonstrates very clearly and is an inspiration.
