Kieran was the guy that helped me and explained everything, he was very cheerful and friendly. He made the whole process of signing up easy. Tried my luck at mystery boxes but only got a very small return. With membership you get put into weekly and monthly prize draws, so I keep my fingers crossed. It's basically gambling and with that comes risk, so you need lady luck to smile on you.

Got an email telling me I won a prize. Phoned the number, on hold for several minutes only to find out that my "prize" was 500 free entries to another draw, and a sales pitch. At least the agent accepted gracefully when I declined the offer of membership.

Had an email to say that I had won some money which was a great surprise as I never win anything. I then had a phone call from Nicola who confirmed my details and congratulated me. She was very helpful and supportive. I was going to cancel my subscription but was persuaded by Nicola last week to stay and then to my surprise I won a smallish spot prize.
