The customer service and support is superb!!! I've been a long time customer of GLMeds and I've only had to reach out for help a few times. Each time I did, there's an actual human responding to my needs immediately! Today, Bianca helped me make sure my new payment method and address was processed accurately. Good life - good experience
I have been with good life for over a year using a GLP one and NAD. The company is great. They’re very responsive and the medicine ships quickly and the registration process is easy too. I highly recommend them. I recommended them to my family and friends.

I have tried a few different companies after multiple poor experiences. I found Good Life Meds and loved the reviews. I have had such a wonderful experience with no side effects. The doctors check in regularly. When I had a small technical issue, it was immediately worked on with technical support. I greatly appreciated my interactions with Bianca because she was knowledgeable, kind and helped me deal with my cyber issues. I'm very pleased with GLM!
I was impressed by Good Life meds up…
I was impressed by Good Life meds up until this week. Trying to reorder my injection was shady & untruthful. I was not given the option for the med I was on & had to choose a product to complete the check in. Thinking it would then lead me to the option I needed. Once I made the choice it immediately charged me for a product I didn’t want. Exchanged emails, but never anything with customer service. At one point they had an HR rep email me. Phoned & left a message as well. They shipped the product anyway and now won’t refund or send me the injection I was on. Feel like I was scammed & am very disappointed in their lack of customer service & customer satisfaction. Beware, they are great until they start misleading a customer.

Good luck using their glitchy website. I paused my subscription and it apparently glitched out. (Like it does anytime I try to do anything on it) now they are saying it wasn’t paused and won’t do anything to cancel the order that went through.

I was called by a Rose Codner the day after posting my original 1 star review. Rose definitely helped this company earn 2 stars back. Very friendly and solved my issue. I do have an issue with raising the stars any higher than 3 when the website did glitch out anytime I used it during my subscription. However, I am impressed with their customer service response time after this incident.

Chatting with doctors & customer service. They helped me reorder my medication in a snap. I've been with you guys for 11 months and anytime there's an issue, your doctors and reps are always top notch and are excellent problem solvers.

So glad I started using good life meds! I first signed up for B12 mic and skinny shot. Shipment is fast and the customer support team is actually helpful and responds politely! I needed help with a shipment. I had accidentally put on hold and Bianca helped me with that and explained how to pause shipments to avoid being auto charged!
The experience was seamless
The experience was seamless, easy to follow and understand. I did have a road block along the way to which I then reached to customer service. An agent named Leslie quickly responded and my issue was solved in less than 10 minutes. The process was quick and hassle free. I’d definitely keep returning to this company and recommend it 10x over!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. The dashboard for managing bundled subscriptions is confusing and misleading, and they refused to honor pricing I have in writing and receipts to prove. It created a completely unnecessary headache. I would not recommend it.
