Good Life Meds

Good Life Meds, LLC is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and currently holds an F rating due to unresolved complaints. While they claim their medications come from an FDA-licensed manufacturer, compounded medications aren't directly regulated by the FDA. Some concerns have been raised about their practices, so it's best to be cautious and consult with a healthcare provider and consider more reputable, accredited pharmacies.

I switched to Good Life Meds from Trava…

I switched to Good Life Meds from Trava Health because of the Tirzepitide going up in price every month. I like the Good Life Meds website better and their discount coupon HAPPY50.
However, my first shipment did not go well. It took almost two weeks to arrive in Chicago and several messages to customer support which helped to speed things up.
On January 1, 2026, Good Life tried to withdraw $350 from my debit card although I did not sign up for a subscription. So again I had to contact customer service to cancel the order. I keep my account lean for that reason.
So today January 5, 2026, I been shopping online for another GLP supplier and everyone is getting greedy. So I ordered from Good Meds and with my coupon I paid $299.
On the positive side, I was glad to find I could order Tirzepatide pure because the B12 gives me a rash.
Do not add the expensive supplements Good Life offers like:
ZOFRAN for nausea or vomiting
NAD: to improve energy
, cellular repair, and brain fog
SERMORELIN: stimulates growth hormone release
All of them have very modest effects and cost a lot of money so skip these.
Bottom line, Tirzepatide is effective in losing weight and Good Life is the lowest price I found so far. So I recommend caution on the unauthorized charges.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PRODUCT!!

I have had an AMAZING experience to date with GLM! I had completely stalled, just kept gaining and losing the same 5-6 pds!! I was beyond FRUSTRATED! As soon as I started with GLM I lost 5 pds in the first week. This is my 4th shipment and to date I’ve lost 16 or 17 pds!!! Absolutely NO side effects, no constipation, belly pain, or just flat out no results. Good noise is gone. My only issue is the website. Trying to change my plan to micro-dosing is proving difficult! I’ve yet to see where I can do that. I’ve asked several times to have this done and it hasn’t been changed. While the customer service is great, my one issue here is that a general rep can’t really help with anything. Ask to speak with a supervisor, I hate having to do that but I swear one day I was going to rip my hair out of my head. However, I still gave them a 5 ⭐️ because the product is superior!! So do yourself a huge favor and order now!! Oh I use Compounded Terzepitide.

Disappointed in “Provider review”

I ordered from Goodlife Meds and initially was prescribed tirzepatide, which became very expensive. I asked for a more affordable option, and they recommended semaglutide. Unfortunately, semaglutide was not effective for me.

During my required check-in, I clearly stated that the medication was not working. Despite this, they automatically sent the next shipment without reviewing my feedback. I was then charged $822 for medication I did not want or approve.

This shows a lack of provider review and concern for patient input. It appears the focus is on automatic billing rather than patient care. They only refunded half of the charge, leaving me out $411 for medication that was ineffective and sent without proper consideration.

Overall, this experience made it clear that this company prioritizes money over patient care and communication.

Scam

Scam. They WILL AUTO RENEW your prescription without ever checking if you still need it. And they will not refund you even if you contact them within mere hours. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

This company has repeatedly overcharged…

This company has repeatedly overcharged my account. Has sent out 2 prescriptions for different dosages within the same month & refused to refund the money.
They did it again this month. They charged my account BEFORE the date of subscription renewal and REFUSED TO cancel the order and refund my money.

They are unethical and have no customer service.

Stay away

Stay away! First order was delivered to wrong address by UPS but I was able to get it from that address (address was correct on file). 2nd order wrong meds sent. I contacted “customer service” for lack of a better term. No help whatsoever, wanted to blame me, rude. There are so many other options with better prices and customer service. They didn’t cancel my month to month plan as requested but I was able to cancel it on my own & blocked them from charging my card.

Company responded & explained how doses worked & correct item was indeed sent. There were many back & forth messages including asking me for photos & where I got the first medication bottle from (them); before this was explained to me. Better communication would’ve lead to a better experience.

Reply from Good Life Meds

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about your concerns and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.

Regarding your most recent order, the medication you received was not incorrect. The concentration was updated from 2.5 mg/mL to 5 mg/mL, and your dosing instructions were adjusted accordingly. The correct dose was clearly printed on your prescription label. We understand that concentration changes can be confusing, which is why our team provided clarification to ensure you had the proper guidance. It appears there may still be some misunderstanding about the dosing instructions, and we’re always here to help walk through them anytime.

As for the delivery issue, while the address was correct on our end, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by UPS delivering to the wrong location. We know how frustrating that can be.

We strive to provide courteous and helpful support, and we’re sorry to hear you felt your experience did not reflect that. Your plan cancellation was processed as requested, and we’re glad to hear you were able to confirm it on your end as well.

If you’d ever like further clarification or support in the future, we’re here and happy to help. We wish you the very best.

Please don't trust this company

I purchased a treatment with Good life meds about 4 months ago. First time went okay. I was sent what I ordered . When I oredered the secon time it was a disaster. They send me the wrong medication, try to convince me that It was my mistake and finally sentvme another medication that wasn't what I ordered either just to not have to refund my money. After this disaster they had the audacity to auto renew my prescription, again of the disastrous medication that wasn't what I ordered and tell me that they couldn't cancel it because it was already placed with the pharmacy which they tried to blame when they made the mistake alleging that it was the pharmacy mistake. If your are going through a GLP journey please don't trust these company. They are going to be all sunshine and rainbows the first time then they are going to stick you when sone weird meds and won't help you out to solve their issues in any way
