I am a senior citizen age of 75 and widow, I faced the most terrible experience in the refinance of reverse mortgage service provided by the agent ( Jeanette Trudell ) California,
I hustle four months with her to complete the process, she was rude, unpolite, even had the courage to hang up the telephone on me three times when I tried to understand what she exactly want. I end up cancelling the refinance with Goodlife Home Loans, after I signed the final closing documents, because of her and the game she played by sticking in the final documents a term and a condition in the interest rate and the available
fund quite different than her proposal and against our will.
I believe the upper management of the company should monitor her practice, because she might used same tricks with other senior people and that will hurt company reputation.

Reverse Mortgages Made Understandable
Though reverse mortgages are unique and subject to counterintuitive rules, my broker was knowledgeable and professional. He and his assistant were very helpful through the entire process. I would recommend Dominic Rodriguez to any one contemplating a reverse mortgage.

Short and sweet of the whole experience. Working with Janette Heyl has been nothing short of professional and more than pleasant. Janette was more than patient with my lack of knowledge in reverse mortgages and took the time to explain all that I questioned, that is not an easy task with me.... she pulled it off. She is most honest and upfront. I've had less than pleasant dealings with other RM lenders at the same time working with Goodlife. Ms. Heyl stood out above and beyond other lender representatives.

I have been very fortunate to have worked with Dave Schulte while renewing my Reverse Mortgage. He made himself available to me during the entire lending process.
Dave encouraged me to call him if I had any questions. If he was not 100 percent certain of the answer, he would contact the most knowledgeable person to get that answer and he called me either later that day or the first thing the next day. If Dave felt that person could give me a more complete answer to the question, he arranged for me to call that person directly.
That is professionalism.

I am so thankful that I found Izabella…
I am so thankful that I found Izabella at Good Life. I was involved with another company to refi my reverse but was having so many problems the deal was becoming a bad one for me. I found Izabella who not only took over and quickly resolved all the issues, but actually beat the terms of the other deal too! I have never had a mortgage process go so smoothly or close so quickly. Izabell is someone who you can trust and that should say a lot these days. I highly recommend her especially for having best-in-class customer service and follow-up skills and well as being highly knowledgeable and professional.
