It’s been 21 days and still not have received product but they took my money. Communicating with them is impossible.

I should have checked Google for this company before ordering something through a Facebook ad. Turns out this is a Chinese outfit that posts video ads on Facebook with some decent production value of products you'll never receive.

Then when you contact then to get a refund they simply send you copied and pasted emails. Here's one I received when I asked them to cancel my order:

I never even claimed that they were scamming me. They just opened up with that. Red flag. Then when I repeatedly asked them to stop trying to expedite and instead refund me my money, the same replies just kept coming.

I finally opened a case through PayPal and got my money back.

Ordered 6 weeks ago some lenses for my iPhone. Since over 1 month they at the custom and when i asking they send just a tracking # that show same and same again! If i see any advertisement somewhere i will warn anyone not to shop here as it's waste of money!

Please be aware Thomas kinkade tree with lights moving train music is nothing more than a poorly developed sticker probably valued at $1.00 at the most, please avoid this website ,they are scammers.

These people are flakes & ripoffs. I ordered a glass iPhone case, which broke. I ordered another one, they sent the wrong size. When I asked for my money back, they mysteriously don't know what order I'm talking about. I've turned it over to the Attorney General in New Mexico...what a PIA.

I received a case. Looks a lot better online. It’s cheap and crappy. I tried to return them but I’m getting the run around. Don’t order from them. They should be banned in the US.

It has been over the delivery time stated and I have nothing. I can't seem to connect with the add. they give. I am left with calling my credit card co. and stopping payment.

Ordered a magnetic charging phone case. Instead received a metal case that doesn't charge. Returns policy says send back in original condition for a refund. Did that. No refund!!!!
Very dishonest and untrustworthy company.

Received my Ghostface Scarecrow product from this supplier today. The face is totally squashed in and there are no fastening mechanisms to attach the face to the gown. Its supposed to have rods so that you can have it floating in the air - no rods to be found! Just a squash up piece of plastic for the face and some dangly black cloth.

These peoples sell the items of bad quality with no instructions manual. They are adamant when we question them. No reasonable proposal for arranging thé litige. Refuse to take back their item and refund the total amount

Ordered what I thought was 2 PC seatbelt stabiliser only received 1 sent email to company to be told I only Ordered 1 but advert says 2pc there's no way I would pay £20 Inc pp for 1 avoid this company

Waited 6 weeks to be advised item shipped. Told expedited order and be patient. Obviously company is a scam. Thankfully my credit card company agreed and refunded funds. Seems they set up shell companies in countries with different names that are well done and of course don’t get negative reviews. SCAMMERS.

How do I get the red handles for the pan I ordered.

This is a scam. Order placed three weeks ago and no product provided. Do not place orders with them.

Took 3 weeks to get product, and nothing like ad showed. Horrible quality and customer support obviously speaks horrible English and basically says Tough Luck if you don't like it. You pay shipping to China for return and they'll refund you. RIGHT! Awful experience.

The item was finally delivered. Waited approx. 2 months.

I purchased a Loveka phone case ..had it for a week, knocked it on a bench and the case cracked...i have asked for a refund ..no response

What they advertise is not what you receive. DO NOT order from this company.......false advertising!

Scam scam scam. They lie in their advertising and show that their phone cases are indestructible the first time the phone fell the case exploded. Magnets fell out communicated with them about 20 times about a refund still nothing won't tell me their name does anybody know.
