I had high hopes when I signed up for GoodGrade.ai, but unfortunately, the service didn’t meet my expectations. The platform was not as helpful as advertised, and I found the overall experience frustrating.

After deciding to cancel my subscription, I requested a refund. While I’m still waiting to hear back from the team about my refund timeline, the lack of communication so far has been disappointing.

I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience. There’s a lot of room for improvement, especially in customer support and ensuring that users feel valued.

I really hope they improve their service for future customers.

Thought it was a good website until I had received 3x un permitted transactions in one month.
I emailed immediately to ask for a cancellation and refund, as my subscription was cancelled. No response. I then emailed again after a week. No response. Since then I have emailed 3x and nobody has responded.
I will be taking further action with the ACCC. So unprofessional and unacceptable, “an average wait time of 24hrs” is a complete lie.
