I bought my first pair 7 years ago and…

I bought my first pair 7 years ago and they were great for years but I started to feel some pain in my arches and back recently. I went in and they said the inserts had flattened out so they swapped them out no problem. I didn’t even have my original receipt, they just had to look up my account. I really appreciate that level of service!
