I had such a great experience with Good Fabric! Their team was incredibly helpful, answering all my queries with patience and professionalism. They were polite, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to ensure I had all the information I needed. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days—highly recommend!

The fabric I received was cut quite a bit shorter than I ordered - 1.35m on a 1.5m order. Maybe that is within an acceptable margin or error but it feels a bit tricky as I'm not sure I can use this fabric for the intended project. I will give it a go though but I would also hesitate to order again from this company due to this issue.

I was very happy with the samples service. Unfortunately the fabrics weren't quite what I was looking for, but they were lovely fabrics nonetheless.
