TOTAL SCAM! I have written tons of emails no response, the WA is a total joke it seems like its always nighttime in China. Complete silence. But yeah they took my money without a problem.

Contacted WhatsApp and got an auto response “it’s very late in China…” then next morning nothing. Very disappointed as I keep seeing these on tiktok and Instargram. Will be posting reviews there too.

Lately , I order this place. I don’t have a good experience. It has been 6 days already. I asked them on WhatsApp to Amelia when can you ship out . Her text will take half of the day due to high volume it will have a delay process. When I first order it and they said the process take 2 to 4 days processing. I also to the Ai and have Sunny reach out about my concern . She said she already rush in the queue within 5 business days. Still nothing . Very frustrating. It is not like Temu or dhgate . At least you know where the status. Here I feel clueless. If they are big companies like they said on TikTok it should be better communication and effective efficient. I also don’t see that much reviewers either . What is going on ? Is this a scam 🙁 when you order they tell you it will take 2 to 4 business days standard. Now it is a week and when I text them they said they have expedited take 3 to 5 days . Too good to be true . When you want to cancel due to they didn’t deliver like they said they will charge you a fee without even tell you about that 15 percent. Really is this how you do business. Very frustrating and disappointing. Their communication is with an Ai robot and you want to talk to agent not even there. It is not efficient like Temu, dhgate or shein. It is cheap but it is a scam .

I ordered jewelry gift bags from Gooddiy at least 2 weeks ago. I haven't received them yet. I haven't received tracking information for my purchase. They do not have a contact phone number or even a contact email. I tried to sign into my "account" with the same email address that I used to purchase and it said my email address was invalid. I even screenshot my email address when I ordered to make sure everything was correct!

Had not received any information on my order for over a week so I contacted them, they said they sent two emails and tried to contact me on what’s app. I checked my emails along with my junk mail, nothing. So I requested to cancel my order and requested a full refund. We will see how they handle the issue.
