Like others I should have read the reviews before going anywhere near this shoddy company.
Ordered 2 dresses at a cost of £45 in April, still waiting for them to arrive.
Endless emails to them and getting fobbed off with different excuses.
Asked for a full refund on every email I have sent to them only to be ignored for my request.
Do not be fooled by the company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Received item. Very poor quality and didn’t fit. Contacted ‘Customer Service’. No service at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY! They do not give refunds if the items are poor or don't fit, despite what it says on their website. The items are cheap Chinese rubbish. I asked for a refund and all they could offer was '£9 compensation' and they said it was too expensive to send back. I spent nearly £40!! It took nearly a month to arrive. I was under the impression it was coming from the USA but it wasn't. Very misleading advertising and website. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT GO NEAR THEM!

ordered dress beginning of April, tracking was lost in Birmingham, in May, when i contacted them they saide they would send out another one. when i said i wanted a refund as i wanted dress for my holiday and it was now tto late they blamed Trumps tax tariffs on the delay. i have now received the dress, which resembled a shower curtain nothing like the description at all. waste of money am now waiting for a refund

Terrible service. Ordered on 1st May still not received dresses. Just got told it was delayed due to Trumps tariff policy!! Thought they were on imports into the USA not exports 😡😡😡. Would not recommend this company and will never use them again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a dress in April which never arrived. Every time I email them either asking where it is or requesting a refund, they reply giving me a vague run around about tracking and saying it is still in transit. Clearly a scam company. That will teach me not to check trust pilot reviews first before parting with any money

I would give 0 stars if I could. Dresses nothing like the video. Extremely poorly made, material cheap nylon. No option to return, they advised I would have to pay to return to China. They offered a very small refund. Waited almost two months for them to arrive. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. They are going in the bin.

Took a long time for dresses to arrive and quality wasn’t anything like the pictures I never thought I would get them but arrived today the material might be light but the dresses fit and do look nice

I am trying to return a dress that i paid well over what it was worth. Cheap material, bad fit and very dissatisfied. Word of warning, don’t trust reviews on Facebook. Trying to contact them to arrange a return and keep getting automated response which has nothing to do with how to return.

I was scammed. I wish I was less impulsive and read the reviews first! .i ordered 2 dresses. There is no room for bust and the quality is appalling. I asked for a return address and refund. I was told it'd be too expensive for me. I assured them I can afford postage and would like a full refund. They said keep the dresses and offered £3 then £5 and finally £9. They're now saying they've offered best solution.

Absolutely dreadful company I ordered 2 dresses on 4/3/25 and they have not arrived I’ve sent numerous emails to be told they have sent a new parcel and guess what that hasn’t arrived either have requested refund several times to no avail one of their excuses was Trump getting into office what a crock of garbage avoid this company at all costs

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered dresses on 13th April....still no delivery of them! I requested a full refund and they refused. Its a lesson to be learnt here. Companies like this are scamming people all the time. Shame on them!!

A dreadful experience from start to finish ( although I’m still trying to return the dress)
1. They tried to add VAT to my purchase, which I had to claim back via PayPal.
2. Delivery was £5.99 and took 8 weeks. Yes, 8!!!
3. Tracking information appeared made up. Said my parcel was in London and then gave an Aberdeen postcode.
4. When the dress did arrive, it didn’t fit my bust, and the material is completely see through.
5. Tried to obtain an email address for return and they are ignoring my messages
6. I am now trying to gain a resolution via PayPal - no response as yet

Ordered a dress a month ago “ UK” supplier !!! Dress took over three weeks to arrive from the USA. Ordered a size 16, dress arrived today it arrived in a packet six inches square. The fabric is see through, threads hanging everywhere, and only just fits my size 12 Daughter. with taxes, postage and vat it doubled in price so I now have a dress which is fit for a bin for nearly £30, please don’t be fooled, this is a scam company who have no care or customer service, dress can’t be returned as postage is the cost of the dress, so I would only get a £3 refund.

One star is far too good for this company. Don't order from them.
I ordered 2 bohemiun dresses costing £35.97 including shipping.
I ordered a larger size as advised by them .Well they didn't even fit over my bust.I asked for a refund they said returning them would be expensive for shipping an offered me 3GBP an to give my dresses to a friend which I wasn't happy with so told them so ,they then came back with 5 GBP. So iv given up. Just wanted to warn people of what they are like for returns. Dresses are cheap quality an also seen on other sights.

DO NOT USE!!!!This is a scam seller. Charged me more than invoiced for. Once I'd looked them up I saw comments here - I was stupid to buy from them!! The Parcel Tracking service tracking-hub.com they use is also a scam and does not exist - the parcel tracking ref they give you cannot be found on any other tracking sites. The address below they've entered as US office address also does not exist either!!! I've resigned myself that I've lost £27

Would have liked to give zero stars. Ordered over a month ago. Shipment lost tracking in Oxford UK 10th May. Told would expedite new delivery. Now told presidents tariffs affecting customs clearance. Been a total con. Do not buy from these people. Awful company

I to wish I'd read reviews. A dress that was £14.99 cost me £27.35. I accepted the £5.99 postage albeit a bit steep but then after I get my PayPal receipt an extra £5.74 had been added VAT. I have asked several times for them to cancel my order and send a full refund but just keep receiving emails telling me they've received my order. 🤬

Awful company. Took over 9 weeks to get here, offer 100% hassle free refunds until you want to return, then they refuse! Avoid at all costs!!

I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago from what was supposed to be a uk company. I was overcharged so complained then the price went to advertised price.
I am still waiting for the dress to arrive but not hopeful .
