Utterly appalling, mis sold contract, completely ripped off, cancelled within 14 days but 8 weeks later still hadn't resolved issue. Without the help of Ee would still be stuck. Customer service totally useless. Terrible experience. Don't go there

Fantastic service from people at Brixham who make the process of changing phones so simple. From helping choose the right phone and cover through to the right contact they make it all so easy. Interestingly our friends all recommend them with enthusiasm too on the basis we’d feel lost without being able to pop in and see them anytime if we need to.

The staff in store provided great customer service. They found out what I wanted then helped me find the best plan for my needs without pushing extras that I didn’t want like some phone shops do. They took the time to help me get my number transferred from my old network and make sure my phone was set up and ready to go. I will definitely be returning when it’s time to upgrade.

Arrived in Helston with a major mobile problem. Unable to speak to anyone at Vodaphone, nothing on their site helped. Rang Gomoblie and Jon said to take the phone to the shop. He stayed after hours to fix it. Can't thank him enough. Very patient and obviously knowledgeable. Brilliant!!

Josh at Launceston was terrific. He realised what a doddery old fool I am and dealt with everything perfectly while also managing to serve other customers and later answered my telephoned queries.

I had a postcard to say that my contract was due for renewing, went all the way to Ripley yesterday Thursday 05/03/2020. Where the hell are they. Both Grosvenor Road and Oxford Street shops are both closed down.
Come on Go Mobile, where are you. How can I renew my contract?
I Have never had any trouble with them in the past but this is very odd. Can anyone please enlighten me???????

Andie and Matt in Mill Street, Bideford are truly wonderful. They are so helpful especially with us in our Golden Years. Not sure how I would manage if they were not about.
