This was my second time to buy a phone and accessories from Gomibo and it was quick and easy and no complications. My last purchase was about 5 years and I was due to change my phone.

Excellent qualities fast delivery

Ordered my Samsung phone at a good price. I received it within three days which was prompt and it was well packaged, I also ordered a transparent case which was delivered very promptly and also well packaged. I could not fault this company so a well deserved 5 stars.

I was very impressed and bought the Moto G55 5G for my wife. My sister has just bought the Moto G56 5G following my recommendation and is very pleased with it. I highly recommended these phones.

Ordered a phone for next-day delivery, but nearly three weeks later I still hadn’t received it or any meaningful update. The UPS tracking clearly showed the package was never delivered and had gone missing, yet Gomibo initially pushed the responsibility back onto me, requesting that I print, sign, and return a form along with a copy of my ID. In my experience, most retailers handle issues like this directly with the courier rather than placing the burden on the customer. At that point, I was still waiting on a €500 refund.

Update: Gomibo have since been in contact regarding this order and were very pleasant to deal with. They made a genuine effort to both resolve and compensate for the issue, and also took the time to understand what went wrong so they can improve the experience for other customers. Based on this follow-up, I would consider using this company again in the future—the support staff were genuinely lovely to deal with.

Good prices

To be honest, I was a little sceptical when I found the site after a search on the internet. I needed to replace my mobile quickly and this site was far cheaper than any other quotes I could find. I decided to go with them after seeing a lot of positive reviews. They also promised next day delivery, but it looked like the phone would come from the Netherlands, so that would never be the case. To my surprise, the phone arrived the next day and was exactly as promised and have been using it now for 2 weeks with issue (New mobile, not reconditioned). Happy to give a positive review, especially given the next day delivery.

Good experience from ordering to receiving, fast postal service, clear information on site. Good value. Very happy and plan to use again should I require to.

Three days before my flight from Ireland to Poland, my phone broke, and I was completely screwed. Fortunately, Gomibo met my expectations, and exactly 25 hours after placing my order, I had a new phone in my hand—a One Plus 15. Not great, I ordered a phone case and screen cover but the payment didn't go through so they sent me an email to redo the payment which I did, and I thought no more of it until two sets of phone cases and screen covers turned up. At which point I emailed them to let them know what had happened, and they just politely jargon filled, turned it on me as if I had stupidly placed a duplicate order. I have had to fill out a return label and return the second parcel and I'm just praying that I'll get the refund of the second set that I never wanted, never needed, and never asked for.
To be fair to them the orders did come incredibly quickly and they were what I ordered so aside from the duplication it was good but I would be careful ordering and paying with them.

Found the phone i was looking for at a cheap price compared to the prices in the shops. Easy process and fast delivery.

Ordered a watch 20% below the MSRP on Saturday evening, received it on Monday. Just wow.
