Very bad company!!
Very bad company!!! Do you a service and don't buy from them, you can buy from other suppliers like amazon! I bought an Iphone from them and I returned it without opening it, UPS send it back to them, they signed it that they received it, they send me a mail informing me that they received it and after 10 days, after i sent them at least 6 mails, they told me that they never received the phone back and i will not be refunded. I will never let that like this!!!!!

Amazingly fast delivery
I got my Nokia XR20 here (very hard to find stock in Germany as of now). Ordered on a Sunday afternoon, got it next day morning! Amazing.

All good in principle, but the time of delivery was changed at short notice, so we had to do two trips to the delivery point

My order was very problematic in the beginning and, to be honest, I felt annoyed for multiple inefficiencies. But at the end their customer team was very supportive and took care of the whole situation, they ensured to follow up with me along the process and minded about me feeling happy enough by the resolution.
