No working customer support options
Used a couple of times previously but got a reminder that I still have some credit that they will take from me if I don't log back in.
Forgotten my password so used the option to reset which generates a link which doesn't work. Used the option to contact customer support which didn't work. Tried the online chat which didn't work
Beware
I have use this company on and off for years ,when I played a draw and made a payment , i would get pending email followed by confrontation email and later a scanned copy of the ticket, that seems to have stopped, then the method of payment seem to be using a lot of companies, then there is the fact some of the USA lotteries will not pay agencies, so think if you were to win say powerball, $500 million , can you see the person who has bought the ticket handing that sort of money over.? Plus it states you can buy a ticket in the country but not outside.i now use a company that bets on the numbers and will payout the same amount.

This site is sketchy
This site is sketchy, to say the least.
They are changing the domain name non-stop. They claim they are a reputable business. What reputable business changes their name so often? Now it's called loteriadelrey.
They also require your information: personal identification (ID), address confirmation, selfie, payment method information. I'm not giving my information to a gambling site.
It might be a legitimate lottery-ticket-proxy business, but these signs (changing domain names, aggressive data requests) strongly suggest something fishy.

Worrying transaction
I came here to say I was purchasing a ticket and the purchase was declined by my bank as it was a company called Vivexcoin and they tried to take more than the cost of the ticket. I’m not sure if the purchase would have went through if the amount was the same. I tried it again and the exact amount was taken from the usual name that normally takes the money. Be careful you don’t have more than the required amount that is in your account.

I was a long-term customer of Golotto…
I was a long-term customer of Golotto and had always found their platform convenient enough. However, after not using the service for a while, I logged back in to discover that they had been deducting a monthly “account keeping fee” straight from my winnings. This was extremely disappointing, especially considering the money in the account was legitimately mine.
It feels like an unfair practice to penalize loyal customers simply because they haven’t placed bets recently.
Be careful if you decide to use Golotto - apparently, your winnings are only safe if you keep playing constantly. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values transparency and respect for their customers.

PURE FRAUDS
They just taking your money. No refunds. No withdrawals. Saying all problems because of their payment agent.
Do not use this website
Do not use this website. I had the same experience recently. I received a email saying that they will deduct 2.50 euro from my account balance as my account has been inactive for the last 6 months. I have tried to close the account for days and they are not allow people to close their account.

Threats to deduct money
I have the same experience as Customer ( 4th May )
They threaten to deduct 2.50 euros per month because my account is inactive but it has a zero balance.I have asked them to close my account. Let’s see what happens.
I have not got an account with these…
I have not got an account with these people, yet they have just informed me that they have taken money from my 'account' because of inactivity. This is a scam.
Will not let me close account despite zero balance
Today I received an email from Golotter.com that there had been no activity on my account for 1 year and they would be taking 2.50 Euro a month from the credit on my account. I do not remember ever using the site but apparently did in 2021. I logged into my account and there is a zero balance. I tried to close it and it would not let me as it claimed I still had a positive balance.

Client feedback:
A promotion for the US - Mega Millions Jackpot on the lowest level of $20Mio., a day after the huge jackpot of US$ 1'130'000'000, is just a slap into the face of all loyal clients which play for years.
Why don't make a nice easy and fair eastern promotion for the huge jackpot of the actual U.S. - Powerball Jackpot of $ 935 Mio. next Saturday and show some respect for your loyal clients. And please, don't come with Syndicates, Bundles deals. When a promotion, then for the jackpot 1:1.

DO NOT PLAY US LOTTERIES HERE
I decided to open an account on GoLotter to play the US LOTTERIES when they had billion dollar jackpots.
This site originally advertised it that an agent appointed by them in the US, would buy the ticket for the customer(me) and scan the ticket so that I see the uploaded copy and that’s legally my ticket. If I win, this is my proof of ownership, allegedly!
However, when the jackpots started to get really big, I started to ponder the ramifications of someone being in possession of a ticket, potentially worth billions of dollars, and handing that over to little old me whom they’ve never met🤔. Whilst some people are honest, it would definitely be a situation where dishonesty could occur. So I started to dig deeper.
Firstly, I noticed that the barcodes and any identification codes/numerical sequences on my uploaded tickets were blurred out.
This made me suspicious. I then started looking at their site rules and claiming prizes procedures. Whilst I’m paraphrasing as I did not copy original text (it has been altered, but I will get to that after) it said that if you win the jackpot, I will have to claim in person, and they will pay for my flights etc and hand me the ticket when I get there……really? for a ticket worth over a billion dollars, there is so much potential for error here - just saying!
Ok, so then I started looking into the tax implications and prize payout structure. The payouts are either annuity(over 29 years) or a cash lump sum which is heavily reduced (approximately half of the advertised jackpot 😳) then there’s the tax implications. Federal taxes are deductible immediately 30+% and possibly state taxes, depending on which state it’s purchased in. This varies wildly from 0% in a few places to a lot more, but all that being said, you could still walk away with a cool half billion dollars, which made me really keen to try - come on, who wouldn’t want 500m to spend ?
Then came the sticking point 😳 I cannot remember exactly what made me look, but I started to check reviews like on here, and I don’t know about you, but whenever I read a genuine and possibly negative review, they always seem to be followed by a couple of ‘Amazing!’ 5 star reviews🤔…. I’ll let you make up your own minds on that!
So I saw the ‘scam’ ones and thought I would go look at rules of the actual lottery on the operator’s website ie MEGA MILLIONS & POWERBALL. 😱 I found that it said (paraphrasing again) you CAN play if you don’t live in the US, but MUST buy whilst you are visiting ie PYSICALLY PRESENT in the US at the time of purchase, and it prohibits you buying through an AGENT or third party. 😳.
I contacted GoLotter, questioning this, and was extremely suspicious that they kept changing the answer when I pressed them on the live chat. When I questioned further stating what I had found, and that I would basically be committing fraud if I was not there when the ticket was purchased ( an easily proven point), they didn’t answer me. I can recall at the time, I was quite busy, and decided to follow up later when I had more time.
When I did have some time later, I was compiling an email to send and went to take screenshots of their ‘appointed agent’ wording, only to find it completely altered now using different terms, instead of agent, it’s now a lottery courier service. I’ve just also noted that they say they will upload a ‘reasonable’ facsimile of the ticket too, so that cover the blurred out angles 😠
Apologies for the novel, but if you’re in any doubt, go look at the original MegaMillions website and the Powerball website it states the rules there.
In short, my opinion is that you can buy tickets through them, but you couldn’t legally claim the prize in the US if you win BIG. Whoever went to that retailer would probably be the legal owner and could claim the huge prize, and with my limited legal knowledge, the most you’d get back is a refund of the ticket price if that, and a world of disappointment if you happened to beat the enormous odds and win the jackpot.
Don’t waste your money!
I have an account with golotter.com and…
I have an account with golotter.com and I played " Powerball " through its site and my account . Golotter took my money from my credit card and it has NEVER sent me the tickets , plus the fact that the game was " refused " while my credit card has been charged . When I asked my money back , they did everything to not give it back .
Now I'm trying to find out their office in Malta and to sue them through lawyers.
I'm feeling very bad as I trusted this people who seem to be criminals .
