They literally called saying they were late, and then texted saying that they also want 150% more money than the quote because they gave the wrong price in the quote which is against Virginia law. So why are they only figuring this out when they are late for the job and on the day of the job?

This company is a ripoff. First I booked to have a entertainment center with fireplace assembled. The first representative called gave me a quote and I paid. Next, the day they were suppose to deliver the loaders had me waiting all day did not show up at my window time that was scheduled. Then I had to call back because the representative who gave me a quote put my work order in wrong she had me down for junk removal instead of assembly. They changed and updated my order and the day for the assembly. The person I spoke to that made the change never mentioned it was a different price a lot higher than before. Did not know til I checked my email the next day. Then I called to cancel and they said they charge a 50% cancellation fee. I felt that was wrong due to the mistake the first rep made cause I would have never booked with them for the amount they were charging me. My advice do not deal with this company they don't show up on time and you have to pay upfront. If something goes wrong and you try to cancel they will take have of your payment. No good.

requested and paid for a quote to remove 3 cubic yards of topsoil. provide the attached picture, received a text the following day (after paying) and and was told that it was going to cost more and was asked if i was available for a call. instead of replying i called loadup to confirm that this was indeed them. i was told that their AI miss quoted the job based on the picture. i then walked through the quoting process with the customer rep on the phone and we came to the exact same quote. i was told a manager would follow up with a phone call in 20 minutes. when i did not receive that call, i called back to confirm that the job would still be preformed, the new customer service lady was very impatient and had me on hold for 17 minutes and came back and said that sense there was a mini skid steer in the picture that the job should have been quoted at over $8000.00 due to the "excavator in the picture" instead of the standard rate of $232.50 for the 3 yards of dirt.

please note that this is a residential address, with a standard residential 6ft fence. an 18 inch tall white table.

this didnt feel scammy or bad until they wanted to revise the quote after payment and with no new information. they also did not request new information to make this decision

Pricing may be fast and upfront but that doesnt count for anything if its done by an AI that either party cant trust. i would encourage people to call 1 800 got-junk over this place any day based on the vibes of a scam and how they handled the difference in verbal explanation of the project compared with the AI discription

So easy to schedule. I got junk left by my renters hauled away the same day and never had to even go to the place. It was great.

First things first the price quote for removing my piece of athletic equipment was the lowest of their competitors.
Communication with the salesperson and scheduling was easy and finally the job at hand. Not only did they come on time the job ended up being a bit more than anticipated. No complaints the guys strategically disassembled it and got it out of my house in no time. Definitely using LoadUp in the future for anything else I might need to get rid of.

Between the two, they got the job completed in record time, and were very pleasant to talk to. I recommend both individuals.

This was a very good experience. The online set up was easy to do. I received notifications and calls to indicate that they were on the way and had arrived. They were here for about 30 minutes and we're very professional and efficient. A great experience.

The ease of online quote was good use of modern internet tools! the quote was quick and easy.
The men removed the bulky king size bed with care.
Scheduling was the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Pick up happened 2-3 hours later than scheduled, holding me hostage as I had other things planned. End result, I'm happy!

Load up Junk was easy to work with. On the initial call they gave me a quote, and from there the scheduling for the pick was easy and timely. I had two pieces of exercise equipment that I needed to remove. Most of the equipment I was able to move to our garage, but one piece was heavy and on the second floor. I asked if they could help bring down, and they said no problem. All in all the company responded quickly and efficiently. Very easy and quick to respond!

Great service, booking was easy, being able to price your items before booking was a plus, great communication and great staff. Overall they did a great job, will DEFINITELY use this company again.

This was a very seamless easy process, and I would recommend load up to anyone that’s trying to get rid of large trash or old furniture. It was so easy. The men were so respectful and it won’t seamlessly.

I contacted Load Up for help loading a bedroom set into a trailer. I specifically told them when booking that the bed would need to be taken apart and was assured that the movers could do that and would have any necessary tools. The two men they sent were not trained properly to move furniture. They pushed one piece across the wood floor, which you NEVER DO, leaving marks. One gentleman was older and not able to lift much, causing my husband to have to help. When it came time to take the bed apart, they did not have any tools. My husband had to go borrow some tools from a next-door business, and ended up having to do most of the work taking the bed apart, while the guys stood and watched. During the process part of the bed fell and broke, ruining the bed. They advertise as professional movers, but this was far from professional and cost me an expensive piece of furniture and repairs to the home owner for damages.
