Disappointed.

I kinda knew from the onset this company had the intention to decline my claim for my lost clubs. I was interrogated for a hour by some person who was a representative of another company who i have not been paying to, but it appears are used to find excuses for people to lose their claim. 3 yrs I have paid l, never used them till i needed help. Disappointed i thought this was a decent company.

Golf plan insurance is one of those…

Golf plan insurance is one of those companies that you don't really know how good they are until you actually need to use them .
So I (fortunately) can't comment on their professionalism and practice.
The initial price and extras do appeal.

A shocking experience

I received a renewal notice but, when I came to renew, I was told Golfplan were no longer covering my golf club due to a flood we experienced in January.
I was shocked to say the least. I had made no claim but was told other members had, and so the club had been removed from eligibility.
I have now been sent this review since I have “renewed a policy with Golfplan”. If only!!
