I paid £79.99 for a pair of Asics trainers. They arrived unboxed in a plastic bag and had a label which was in Chinese.
The trainers had an odd smell and looked different from any of the Gel Nimbus trainers I had bought over the years. I had ordered my usual size- UK 6 and they were too small. The trainers had an odd smell.
I went onto the website and there was no returns portal. I completed the online contact form and have emailed twice with no reply. I am in the process of contacting my bank to ascertain if they can help me with regards to this purchase.

I was sold COUNTERFEIT Asics trainers
I was sold COUNTERFEIT Asics trainers. The pair arrived without a box, shipped from China, smelled terrible so I took them to the Asics flagship in London and they said they are fake. Tried to call Golfaza, nothing. Email, nothing. Impossible to contact. This company is scamming customers and SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE. I'll be reporting to Trading Standards and filing a report.

Great trustworthy company
I ordered a pair of trainers from them. They arrived about 9 days later and I was kept up to date re emails. This is a new company this year hence no reviews. I’m happy to say they are very good. Trustworthy and I shall order from them again. 10/10. Thankyou
