Awful! There needs to be a zero stars option!

AVOID!
Order arrived late.
£90 trainers were supplied with oversized insoles which couldn't be used, but because they had arrived late, I was under time pressure and so resorted to using a pair of insoles from another pair of trainers.
Then the first time the trainers they were worn, the outer sole started to peel away. The trainers are not fit for purpose and can no longer be worn.
Golfado accepted both were faulty goods issues and offered either a pitiful 20% partial refund, or a full refund if I returned them to an address in the USA at my expense (~£45 shipping). Having read other reviews, I concluded that this company have no regard for the Consumer Rights Act and they would probably claim they were lost in transit and I would never hear from them again.
Cutting my losses, I reluctantly accepted a partial refund to use towards the cost of a new pair from a reputable retailer.

Scam - Sent wrong trainers and wouldn’t return money

I purchased a pair of Ladies NB trainers and they sent me Men’s trainers instead. They wouldn’t pay for returning the items from the UK to the USA although the mistake was theirs. They offered me a 20% discount so I could buy another pair! Besides, the trainers are fake. They look realistic but the bar codes don’t match. It is a scam - don’t buy from them.

Terrible

Received what appears to be counterfeit shoes, and have had to dispute the payment with the bank to try and get a refund. Emailing only leads to being asked to either return the item to a US warehouse or receive an 'instant' 30% refund. Timely and costly experience do not use this company.

Disreputable retailer employing a series of evasion email tactics to avoid issuing refund. These start with a request to return goods to a US address (is this even legal?), followed by a series of obtuse emails intended to wear the customer down. Now hoping my bank will be able to secure a refund.

Counterfeit goods SCAM

Counterfeit goods. They offer a partial refund to keep the goods. Then request you send to US at your own cost for a refund. Rhey are a UK based company and goods are shipped from China so would doubt this US address exists. They are now using a different name as the website has been taken down. Scammers.

GOLFADO is a corrupt company selling…

GOLFADO is a corrupt company selling only counterfeit goods. Advice for everyone affected and refused a full refund:
Send them a final email stating you are reporting them to your card issuer and bank.
Everyone can 'dispute a card transaction' with their bank within 120days of purchase. Simply go to your bank's website (or in branch) and search 'dispute a card transaction', make sure you have all your evidence to hand so you can upload photos, receipts etc with the application.
For anyone interested, both the London address on Golfado's storefront (85 Great Portland St, 1st Floor, London, Greater London. UK, W1W 7LT) and the return address on their Royal Mail postage label (153, Blakeney Way, Cannock WS11 8LD) ARE FAKE ADDRESSES AND DO NOT EXIST (check Google maps).
