Well built. Easy to setup.

Horrible company, stay well clear of them.

I've got a bunch of miners from them over a short period of time and as they started failing I contacted their support. Been getting the run around for two weeks now, they won't honor their warranty or offer any solutions.

Bought through two of their resellers and the factory directly. Both times went smooth without fail with resellers and direct with goldshell. Buying with crypto was a new experience. Do your homework and ask around before you buy. I asked several people online who did vouch for goldshell and their resellers. Shipped to USA with no issues from overseas.

Quick support, no games, figured out there was an issue with a chip and they knew it had to be fixed. Sent it to them in Singapore and had it back in my hands in the US (Michigan) within 2 weeks! Each time I've had to talk to support they were VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and either gave me the solution to fix the issue myself or fixed it in-house in a timely manner (I've had very little issues, it really only happened once and that's the risk we take with the silicone lottery, I've worked in computer repair for 20+ years and if something fails it normally fails right away). I have 10 Goldshell miners (9 box and 1 lite), and plan to continue building my collection as long as they continue to provide an awesome customer experience! I love their price point, and profitability is nice too (Mining for tomorrow not today). They make quality products, have fast shipping, great pricing, I look forward to my next order, thank you Goldshell (and Bella, Leonard, and Anne ;-) )!

If you are reading reviews thinking it is research, you are not ready to mine. However, Goldshell makes great miners. They also support them very well after the sale. I lost three to a lightning strike. Support had me the parts and instructions to repair them in no time at all - from China. I have a couple dozen of their miners. I will buy more. (Easy to set up. With practice, you can get two up and mining in about 15 minutes.)

I just received my 4th miner from Goldshell. They have been awesome to deal with. This latest miner actually arrived to my home in the USA, less than a week after I placed the order. No problems ever.

I have ordered several miner here and had good luck getting them timely. However I had to send one in for repair and the process has been horribly slow. Been waiting 4 months to fix one and had to pay a lot in return shipping. Just hope you don’t need any service I guess

I have ordered multiple times now. Latest being the Goldshell KD Box II. All machines work great and setup is fairly simple. Shipping times were fast as well.
Will order more in the future.

I have made several purchases from Goldshell over the past 2 years and have had only VERY POSITIVE experiences! They are always transparent in providing accurate processing/handling times and they have been very friendly when I have reached out to them for support (I’ve only had to reach out once - and my issue was resolved that day - one of the miners I received wouldn’t switch over to low power mode - it was one of the first production KD Box II’s and the firmware needed to be updated but there was no available updated firmware on the official Goldshell GitHub - reached out to them via the official discord and had the firmware emailed to me ASAP). Other machines I’ve purchased from them have been: MiniDoge (185MH version) Miners, KD Box Pro Miners, KD Box II miners, a KD Lite miner, and an X5 Miner. Will continue to do business with Goldshell as they are one of the only companies promoting RESIDENTIAL mining! I am a major crypto advocate because of the decentralization aspect and putting hash power into the little guys hands is imperative in keeping it that way. Great company!

As long as you go on their website and buy stuff it works buying it from. The Twitter popup doesn't work at all lol I lost money. Goldshell is legit just don't buy from their Twitter pop-up. Also please make stronger miners to compete with bitmain I'm tired of bitmain making your miners useless.

All box miners arrived in excellent condition, in timely fashion nothing loose or damaged. They've all been running super quiet and efficient some for over a year now, it's an epic little farm! Also was happy to pay direct with the crypto they're earning. Thank you Goldshell 🙏

Miner was doa out of the box. Won’t help fix it. Won’t replace it. Terrible customer service.

I have been ordering from Goldshell and other asic manufacturer like ipollo in the past couple of month.
Here are my feedback:

Good:
- The buying process is smooth
- Shipping is quick, arrives in 2 weeks in Europe
- Help center response is quick, but sometimes not really helpfull
- Products are great, using mostly KDA miners

Not so good:
- Got one tracking number from Goldshell, then GLS send me 2 different tracking numbers for the same package. Even had to send papars for import fees on both (thankfully only had to pay once :D). This never happend with other sellers.
- Other order, specificly asked GLS dilivery, but at the end USP brings tha package

I bought a KD Box II, and a Mini Doge back in the day. So far the devices have been great to use with low power usage. Good to learn with if you’re new to mining, and if you want to earn a little income if you have a good electric rate.

Goldshell provides a machine that performs as expected.
