If I could give a zero, I would.

I will be the FIRST to tell you that I do not normally spend money at all on Sweeps Sites. They usually all offer dailies and I'm content to spin them or save them and try. So I realize I'm not who any of these companies is really looking for.

HOWEVER.

I did nothing BUT that for Gold Machine for several weeks, if not months -- just like any other Sweeps Site I deal with -- I did NOTHING else. I don't access from a State where it is not allowed. I don't try to spoof IPs or play any table games from multiple devices to win at Blackjack or whatever.

I logged in a few days ago in the morning and collected my daily just like every other day and was going to save it for the next day.

That afternoon I logged in again just to see how much I had saved up and I was completely banned. Account shut down for violations of the Terms of Service.

I emailed support and they would NOT tell me what had happened; what had I done wrong?

NOTHING.

I'm convinced of one of two things.
They saw my wonderful pattern, which was to save or spin the dailies and decided "Nah, don't need them accidentally winning huge" or I'm in Indiana and they're preemptively shutting all the Indiana accounts but not telling us that.

Support said they couldn't tell me what the violation was for security purposes.

WHO'S SECURITY? You've already banned me; I want to know WHY. Give me something to dispute. This is horse trash.

OH ALSO, they answered my first email within 30 minutes so I knew they were paying attention to all incoming emails.

When I asked a follow up question, it's now 04/06/2026 and I still don't have a response.

I like the new look of Gold Machine. Its much more updated and the dailies are better. Good deals as well every day. The interface look more user friendly to me also.

Changing this to 1 star. They cancelled my redemption and made me replay my whole $338 claiming I bonus abused. I guess their definition of bonus abuse is buying the sales they offer and playing though my balance. They also took away most of their live games and lied to me about it claiming the game provider is down at the moment. The live game provider was working fine on all other sites they just didnt wanna tell me they removed them.

Also their redeem to debit fees is insanely high. A $335 dollar redeem to debit was gonna cost me almost $40. Pure craziness.

the new website looks and feels amazing, although i must say. i miss the wheel you got to spin as well for the daily, since the amount is low it would be nice to get at least enough for a spin.

WOW, joined and purchased 9.99 welcome package. Ran it up over 300.00 redeemed 100 and it was in my account almost instantly. From joining to having the redemption in my account was under an hour. This should be the industry gold standard. Vicky was helpful as well.

The only reason it’s not a 5 star is because I have yet to redeem any winnings and they’ve been in the rotation for a hot minute.

Too average, the game photos are made with AI. Some are cool but most of the time I can't decipher the real game by photo. The games work fine, the daily bonus sucks and the daily wheel never wins.
