They fulfilled 64% of my order over the course of 45 days, and provide the same excuses as all the other cases on here.

I escalated the payment through PayPal and PayPal denied my claim saying they fulfilled it as described. Shady BS.

This site is a scam. Very bad Service.
They will tell you they have stock for the game. After payment they will give you excuse like supplier is not replying them or supplier is offline.

Please don't get any service from them.

This is a scam, asked for ingame money but didint recieve any, thanks god i payed via paypal so i could have asked for refund… They tried talking to me sereously at first, but later they just said that i will not get any and thecnicly i should get lost.

I've been buying and selling gold for various games with them now for the past five years. They are not scammers, just really cruddy when it comes to customer service, refunding and explaining themselves.

They will ALWAYS say that they have gold in stock even when they do not hold stock according to their business model.
Maybe this is done to help them avoid being caught in a ban wave with lots of gold on their accounts, however they do not purchase gold from a supplier (I am one of them) until a customer has placed an order.
What will happen a lot (I know because I have done it) is that a supplier will let them know they have stock, then, when a customer comes they tell the customer yes they have stock.
After this they then have to contact the supplier and trade with them, then deliver to the customer. This often leads to a lot of the problems listed in the reviews here as sometimes when they then try to contact the supplier they are unavailable, either temporarily (for example I miss messages from them while I'm asleep or busy) or permanently.

Also they will do anything to stop from losing a sale even if it means doing their utmost to prevent you from refunding / cancelling the service. I've personally experienced this when I first started using them five years ago and it did not feel good. I adamantly believe that they should promptly refund customers when they are unable to deliver products within 24 hours.

My very first transaction with them was buying NX Credit for Mabinogi that took over a week to be delivered. They refused to refund me as well when I was getting impatient. I started a chargeback request on PayPal however my NX was delivered before it could be processed. Since then I've continuously had issues with how slow delivery can be, but I have always received what I ordered eventually.

TLDR:
Only purchase from them if you have lots of patience.

Check back in with them every few hours as they will deliver stock to whichever customer is online when they contact the supplier so if stock is low, you will be placed behind those who are online even if they ordered after you.

Always use PayPal so you can kick start the refund process by filing a chargeback if they are taking really long to deliver what you need.

Once you go in knowing what to expect they aren't bad, however expecting service similar to Player Auctions or g2g will leave you thoroughly dissatisfied.

Be careful of this site.
When I ordered in-game money, they said there is enough stock now. But after I ordered and paid for it, unfortunately it turned out to be no stock.And they didn't deliver the merchandise to me as they promised.
Obviously they told me a lie that they have stock, but actually there was no stock left with them.

This activity is what we call scam. And they would be an organization of scammers.

But there have been people who could actually buy things from them as far as I know on the internet.

It's up to you and your responsibility if you threw away your money for scammers.

Awful. Don't buy from this website. There's plenty more creditable websites you can buy from. I bought in game currency for a game and waited 2 days being told over and over that their seller was "offline" After asking numerous times for a refund. It was only when I threatened to call my bank that they told me their manager would be online in 10 hours to refund the money. 9 hours later the money was returned to my email. Afterward, the "manager" left a note saying that paypal wasn't a good option and for better verification to use something else..Scammers. Don't risk your money.

def thought they were gonna scam me, i didnt come here first to check reviews i was beyond pissed... they asked for my id then asked for my ENTIRE credit card via picture, i said hell no. then i was telling them ill just get a refund and we literally skipped all that and they just sent the meseta like 8 hours later lol.

tbh ill never be back and i can't recommend them at all but at least i got what i paid for so they don't neccesarily deserve a 1/5 score from me.

I ordered WoW gold from this website never came, after asking for pictures of my ID and credit card (which i refused) i asked for a refund, they told me i would have to buy through another website to get my refund. After proceeding to call him a stank ass hoe and explaining how paypal is a safer transaction than banging his mother. A refund popped into my Paytpal account! So ladies and gents, just keep insulting them until you get a refund. Was not expecting a refund at that point just taking anger out and the unexpected happend. SO, do not buy from them. I bought FFXIV gil via PayPal, after Payment process is completed & they received my money. They refused to deliver what I purchased with lame excuse "PayPal is not safe for them".

I asked for a refund & their answer was as the following:
"buy the same order & it has to be same amount you already paid, But with different payment method such as WU & we will arrange a refund for your PayPal order & deliver the new one".
Not only that! If you just want to refund they will ask their manager about the case AFTER you pay AGAIN with WU (pay the same amount you already ordered).

I have filed a case to PayPal, Also documented the whole conversation with their customer service about the refund/delivery drama and attached it within the case to support my claim.

Guess what happened? PayPal denied me and closed the case. I talked to them & requested to open the case and I got denied IMMIDIALTY & it went to the sellers favor.

PayPal customer service mentioned that the seller provided them with evidence which shows it was delivered to me & they believed him.

Just wanted to share my experience, It may help someone to not fall on the same trap as I did especially with PayPal blind, improper judgment & full support to such a fraud.

I spent $120 on $2.2 billion in in game currency for dcuo. After arguing with a bot for 8hrs, they gave me a partial payment for $660 million in game currency.

Now I’m at the end of day 2 still waiting for the supplier whom no one has had contact with the whole time.

I have decided to leave this review to warn other players not to fall for this scam. The website claims instant delivery and 100% satisfaction guarantee, but beware because it is a scam.

I’m also quitting the game. It’s a moneytrap tbh

I bought gil for ffxi and they refused to deliver because I paid with paypal. After I opened a case they lied and said it was delivered and continue to lie about it. They could just deliver me the gil since it was already paid on paypal but they refuse.

The reason I give 4 stars is the site functions as intended and "I" have always been given proper service. simply put..If you use this site for the game "M*****gi, you will most likely be given proper service. the only reason i can not give it 5 stars is that it is that you are completely dependent on "Live Chat" to get any form of information on your service, which can be annoying..but it is to protect the sellers from crazy customers i guess.

Do Not Buy 1. customer service horrible takes forever to answer 2. feels sketchy 3. suplier is not even online and leaves you hanging

I ordered wow gold and received it in about 6 hours. Not to much of a hastle just a few emails back and forth to confirm server/charachter name. Very happy with the price and service will use again.
