New to me but this garden centre is absolutely worth buying from.
Purchased 3 hanging basket plant inserts and they were luxurious straight from the box. Plus free hanging baskets, rather nice ones!

Great customer service
Great customer service, easy to used on-line shopping, plants arrived safely and in good healthy condition delivered on time with excellent delivery information.
I did have a problem with my order due to some plants being miss labeled so received the wrong plants, this is when Golden Valley Customer service really did impress me. Lewis Sales Administrator answered emails promptly in an understand manner, rectified the problem without no hesitation, I had the correct plants delivered two days later.
I definitely will shop again with Golden Valley Plants their Customer Service is Excellent, and my plants look great to.

We received a beautiful healthy peony…
We received a beautiful healthy peony which was true to the size stated.
The packaging was a little damaged, but this could have been caused intransitive, but the plant was undamaged and is now happily sitting in our perennial border

Really lovely plants, much bigger than expected. One peony even had a flower bud, lots of lovely leaves. Arrived very well wrapped, in excellent condition. Will buy from them again.
