Extremely slow to refund
I received the package 10 July 2026 and immediately returned the package unopened that same day by track and sign.
(Reason for sending package back is I found out my mother was unable to use dandelion due to being on blood thinners. I informed them immediately by email that I didn't want the package and please don't send but they sent anyway. The package was over £200 worth. To send it back there is no free return label you have to pay yourself.)
Golden Tree received the product the next day being 11 July 2026.
I'm still waiting for a FULL refund.
It's not good when you pay for something through credit card and the credit card company is wanting payment.
Customer service was really awful. It wasn't easy getting hold of someone in the first stages . Just to let you know the return address is in the T&C's i had to find this out myself as couldn't get hold of anyone in the primary stages.
Buying the product and posting is extremely quick but the bits in-between trying to get hold of someone to cancel or getting a refund has been very very frustrating.
I personally wouldn't use this company again it's been an utter headache if you need to return something or get a refund.

We have recently experienced a significant increase in the number of orders, which has unfortunately also resulted in a substantial increase in returns and refunds. The growth happened very quickly, and some of our processes have not adapted as quickly as they should have. We are actively working on improving and adjusting our systems so that refunds can be handled much more efficiently. It is frustrating for us as well to see older cases remaining open for longer than they should.
Regarding return information, our return address and instructions are included in our Terms & Conditions. However, customers can always contact us at info@gogoldentree.com, and we will be happy to provide all the necessary information directly. We’re sorry if it was difficult to reach our team when you first tried to contact us.
We fully understand your frustration and sincerely apologise that your experience with the cancellation and refund process did not meet the standard we aim to provide.

Endless typical USA pitch, I need a product that works, not one that is easy to buy .VERY FEW if any said it worked , many said refunds and replies did not .

But what really worried me was Golden tree taking my money then sending me an email saying they don’t have stock ! And thanking me for my patience. I do hope I haven’t been had ,but the whole show feels very American.
I really hope its worth the wait ,I’m desperate for uninterrupted sleep as they promise .
