This has been a completely unacceptable…
This has been a completely unacceptable experience. Two withdrawal requests were finally marked as successful at the same time, but only one of the payments was received. Both were meant to go to the same bank account. Despite continuous communication with a VIP manager who is quick to respond, the issue of the missing funds has not been resolved. The lack of a solution is frustrating. This situation is a clear sign to play elsewhere, as the entire process has been a nightmare.
