I have played this casino since 2021. They was fantastic right up until June 2025. I don't know what changed but it was harder to hit a feature or bonus. You could deposit $100's of dollars and not get one decent win. Lately it is customer service as well. It's like talking to a brick wall. My deposits haven't been hitting my account straight away. Today I had to wait 8 hours just to see the money in my account. I would've recommended this casino before and would've told you that you wouldn't find a better casino than this one but not anymore. Find a different casino and hopefully have better luck than this one.

Golden reels was a great casino then after you have won so much. They switch it i was playing Zeus powers and never hit a bonus in $350. I called them out on it and they say its all legit everything is ran through there bull crap number generator. Well then it must be flawed no casino ive ever played at lets you play 350 and not hitting I t atleast 1 bonus. So they i added more money and up to $85 and they freeze my account because I asked for something in return every other casino ive played at would give me something if you just lost 350 on there site to make up for it but nope not golden reels they freeze your account when you call them out on there games being rigged and steal more money from you beware there customer service is a joke they say be patient we hile getting it unfroze I just want it un froze so I can withdraw the money I have in there since I know I won't get anything back for the 350 they robbed from me dont play on there site.

Be careful with those one they take money off you for no reason then make every excuse not to give it back. They took $1300 off me and told me basically it was my fault. Do not sign up to this one

Why is there so many scamming casinos. These scammers charging you 1 extra for every 20 you deposit. Absolutely filth.

Customer service has been exceptional from day one. Jamie was the original correspondence, got to give credit to that person for constant solutions to the "how to" and "what the?" Moments. I've played at alot of casinos and pretty much all offer promise the same. Signed up got the free spins for the app downloaded etc and off a 30 dollar deposit won 1800 .
