went into get my lashes done and asked for volumes not only did they look like classics but also cost me 80 euro? 80 euro for lashes is ridiculous, so overpriced, the lash room is extremely overstimulating and warm especially in summer. The next morning I woke up not being able to open my eyes because of how the glue reacted, such a harsh glue and made my eyes swell, the crust and goo that also came with it was horrific. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star with the results I was left with never will be coming back again.

Think he was the manager proceeded to cut a hole in my foot then wacked neat alcohol on it without even asking if he should - I leapt through the roof - bloody agony!! And then blamed my feet!!! Shocking - no attempt to be kind or rectify - tried giving me the silent treatment instead- avoid at all cost - arrogant and clearly inept

Bit of a conveyer belt in there, I had booked someone to do my lashes and when the girl called her to do them there was some talking (not in English) but I could tell from body language she was saying she wasn't available, so I then had one girl do my right eye and half way through another lady customer came saying she booked something else, so the girl rushed through my right eye and went to the other lady, another girl then did my left eye. My right eye is not as full as the left so was abit disappointed not to have the same person do them to the same level of fullness. I don't know any names because I didn't get who I was supposed to and wasn't told who was doing my lashes ha. The second girl was definitely more gentle and I would say better at the lashes overall. Both girls were sweet and pleasnt. but it was just a mad experience. Getting two separate people do two eyes and lying in a room amoung lots of other people getting treatments at the same time. Felt a tad uncomfortable and I just think the service was bad not telling me they were swapping over or getting at least who I was supposed to get for the full set. My right eye is also very tender and sore so hoping it's okay as I got them for my holidays :(

this place is the most unreliable service i have ever come across you arrive for your appointment and they have you waiting for around 20 minutes or more before you are seen this happens evry time. if you are getting nails they will last a good week and they’ll slice your finger. if you are getting lashes they will take any opportunity two charge you extra. i have had to appointments that were meant to cost €40 but instead they charged me €60 for no reason. there prices are way to high for the quality of there work.

Got gel nails and shalack toes, both turned out fab. I had no appointment and the staff were plesant and accommodated me. They were very busy, but i did not feel i was being rushed

I wouldn’t even give them one star except I had no alternative. I had my finger and toenails done in May 2023. My toes were fine but my finger nails have taken over a year to recover from bending, splitting, chipping, shredding, tearing etc … very painful. I don’t know what chemicals they used but ….. I will never visit again. Shocking experience.

I get my lashes done here all the time and they are amazing. Last time Mai suggested that she tint and shape my eyebrows. I absolutely love them. She done such an amazing job. I will definitely keep it up now. Thanks Mai

The staff here are pleasant. The salon has a very strong and disturbing smell of chemicals but you should expect that when going into a nail salon. That were very gentle with my nails and so precise with the design, I got exactly what I wanted with no hassle, will be going back.

I never normally write reviews but I am absolutely P***ED !!!

I came in for an overlay and gel polish on my toes. The lady decided to argue with me and drag my toes whilst trying to tell her the nails were not straight. She continued to file and made it worse so I asked for the file . I did not understand what she was saying but she was throwing her hands up, put the tools down and walked off. Her colleagues were having words with her also and one apologised for how she spoke to me. She continued to stare at me from the table where she was doing someone else’s nails. The experience was just rude and embarrassing .

A lovely lady did come and tried to salvage the situation but the experience was ruined. I came in for relaxation and left with every emotion but being relaxed.

I have used this shop a number of times and recommended it to family members and friends.. Super disappointing and I will NEVER return.

Listened and sorted manicure and also paint that didn't last. Would still not to feel manicurists nails. also chemical smell strong. Appreciate the 2nd file, paint and moisturising. Would prefer is everyone one as friendly though the lays English was nearly as bad as my Chinese
