Fantastic experience
I recently placed an order for the Neutral Wrist Roller, Popeye’s Pronator, and the Loading Pin from Goldengrip.com, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Item not sent, taking longer then promissed
I ordered on the website on the 20th of January a Bruce Lee Machine, apparently not long after I noticed it was on the item listing that it would be shipped at the beginning of February, likely due to the popularity of the item itself and many orders went through and the fact it is cheaper compared to IronMind and the fact you don't have to pay customs which is a big plus.
However, last week I sent another email and I got told it would be sent on (Monday) in this case should be the 17th as the email got sent on the 10th, unfortunately nothing got sent nor did I get an email with the tracking number.
I waited diligently but for the time being I believe this rating is reasonable until this gets solved.

More than happy to change the rating to 3/4 stars after the issue is solved but for now this is within reasonable ;/
Edit: I got the package, today on the 26th of february, goods arrived without any defect and working so far as intended.
Golden Grip was open to feedback regarding potential solutions to manufacturing.

Edit : the support answered, they were very Nice. They refund 30% of the order, it’s very kind.
The product is very good quality.
I ordered on the website the 23 of january. It’s been 9 days and I didn’t receive my order yet.
I tried to contact the support 3 Times but the don’t answer…
They sent me a tracking Number which is wrong, I can’t see where is my order.

I'm sorry to see that you had such a bad experience with our brand... I completely understand your frustration and your review is actually justified. It turned out that we had some problem with a setting in our email account last week, as we had switched to an external email service. This caused a lot of emails to not come through in our inbox. We only found out about this today, which is why unfortunately we didn't respond to your messages last week... My sincere apologies for this.
Regarding your order, we shipped it out on the 24th, but for some reason DPD took unusually long to process the shipment in their sorting center this time. I did see that the tracking finally updated this weekend and you will probably receive your package later this week. As a good gesture and as a compensation for the bad customer service I've given you a 30% cashback on your order, I hope it wasn't in a hurry!

I ordered from this website 11 days and, and i have not received any updates. It tells me its shipped but the link i get to the shipping websites just says my parcel don't exist...
No answer from support or anything however they spam me with mails about joining their training...

Smash my plateau and increased pull-ups
I recently started taking my grip strength more seriously when I hit a plateau in my training and realizes that my grip was failing when I get to about round 3-4/10 of my 40 mins AMRAP usually involving pullups, Kettlebell snatches, Kettlebell Swings. Initially I thought it was a sweaty hand issue but after using chalk my improvement was not noticeable. I then realised it could be a weak grip issue.
I found Golden Grip and bought a few products (gripper L3, fat grips and hand elastics) and I've noticed a HUGE improvement in my ability to hold onto the bar and grip the Kettlebells for extended periods during my AMRAP workouts which really are taxing on the grip strength because it's 40mins of non-stop exercise. I'm now able to get through all 10 rounds without my hands slipping off the bar plus noticable forearm size increase! Highly recommended and high quality products! If you're serious about increasing your results in the gym, look no further than Golden Grip 💪

Hi Axl! Sorry for the late reply on Trustpilot. Since you created our account on Trustpilot and wrote the first review, we didn't get any notification about this because we had never claimed this profile.
Regarding your review, we are a bit sad to see that your handing out 1 star reviews this easily. I looked back into your case and see that indeed your shipment didn't arrive at first. The reason, as we communicated to you soon after you contacted us, was that for some reason it had gotten lost in the mail by the shipment company.
After noticing this, we immediately offered you to send you a second shipment or give you a full refund. You chose for the first option. We send you a new shipment right away, this time with a succesful delivery.
I really think this 1-star review is a completely unjust representation of our company, since customer service is something we take very seriously. Shipments getting lost by shipment companies unfortunately happens sometimes (although very rarely), however this is something we cannot control. The only thing we can do is handle correctly afterwards by sending you a new shipment, which we did.
Hope the product is still of good use to you and has allowed you to make some good progress.
