Hello,
I would like to file a complaint regarding the service experience I had at your store in Athens. We purchased two pairs of shoes and shoelaces for a total amount of approximately €1,200. The following day, I changed my mind regarding one of the pairs. I would like to emphasize that the shoes were never even taken out of the box and were returned in completely new condition.
I requested a refund to the credit card used for the purchase, and I wanted to pay separately in cash for the new pair I selected (€485). However, the salesperson refused and claimed that the store policy only allows store credit.
We are tourists from Israel, and the credit offered could only be used in your store, which is not a practical solution for us since we are not
expected to return to Athens anytime soon. As a result, we were forced to make an exchange in the store and even purchase additional shoelaces using the credit simply because we had no other choice.
It is very disappointing to see the lack of willingness from the store staff to understand our situation and try to provide a fair and considerate solution.

Incredible Family experience
The experience was incredible. My daughters, my husband, and I truly enjoyed designing the sneakers, and Hugo’s attention and service were unmatched. Mar’s attention was also spectacular. Everyone was always so kind, and considering it was a family experience, it felt especially warm and enjoyable.

Poor quality, dismissive customer care
Extremely disappointing experience with Golden Goose!
I bought a pair of Golden Goose sneakers for my husband (order NL01530369), and after only FIVE months of normal wear, they have torn in two separate places!! Customer care dismissed it as “wear and tear” without providing any evidence of misuse or abnormal use. Ridiculous.
For a luxury brand, both the quality and the level of customer care are unacceptable.
If this matter cannot be resolved fairly, I will escalate the complaint through the relevant consumer protection channels, including the European Consumer Centre, Dutch consumer authorities, and my payment provider where applicable.
