Damaged artificial tulips and Delaying Refund
I bought artificial tulips from the site. They have arrived damaged and not looking like the product picture. The company and I have gone through three rounds of emails since I tried to initiate a return. Each does not instruct me how to return the items. It does not instruct me how to obtain a refund under the 30 day policy. I’ve asked explicitly and was told they are contacting their supplier to resolve the situation — which should not matter under a satisfaction-guaranteed return policy. This reeks of a scam and I would not purchase again.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this company. Constant emails regarding my delivery. Everything came well packaged and in excellent shape. I highly recommend the company.

SCAMMERS
Ordering and payment flawless. Delivery non existent. SCAMMERS! Watch out! They do not answer phones or emails after the order is placed. You get no update of your delivery. Communications stop after you pay.
