First class products

I found Golden Eagle Coins online. And went to check out their ratings. The first place had them rated as a #1 So I went there and signed up for the account. Not buying, anything. I emailed a letter asking about continual payments. And they just ignored my question. Extremely rude, indeed. I was about to put money in their pockets, every month. Well. They screwed themselves out of this one.

Can't give Zero stars but they deserve it.
Three silver maple leaf coins all listed as BU condition turned out to be junk, I have purchased better quality culls.
Coins had multiple issues including scratches from apparently being cleaned to one that had greasy fingerprints on it.
Second negative experience from this seller with no attempt by customer service to resolve my issues so just a waste of time to try.

Order took forever to receive and the order was not all there. What we did receive was damaged. Not too hopeful that this will be made right after reading all the negative reviews. Buyer beware, not worth the headache and you can get better customer service from other companies.

I just received my order. I’m very happy with my order. I’m sure I’ll be ordering again. Enjoy shopping on their website. Kind of stuff I’m into.

They never shipped or my item.

Website worked well. User friendly. Order didn't ship for a couple days past the stated shipping date, but I know demand is high. I was happy that a signature was required upon receipt of the package. That made me feel safer.

expected delivery date was may 1.. today is may 8 and no delivery yet!!

Just put a 2021 series 1 silver Eagle in my collection book and noticed the anti counterfeit missing reed was not present. The coin is not magnetic and weighs 31 grams as the 2021 series 2 with the missing reed I compared it to. More research to come.

My boss called Golden Eagle Coin to check on the value of some coins, and was put on hold for 15 minutes without so much as a courtesy, "Hey, sorry to keep you waiting!"
When Martin answered, he was gruff and impatient and unprofessional. My boss asked him the value of his coins and Martin immediately low-balled him.
When my boss questioned the low-balling, Martin hung up on my boss. I see that Martin has done this many times to other people, as demonstrated on some forums I just read. He is a conman and a piece of crap.
STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY COMPANY AND ITS EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY MARTIN. GOLDEN EAGLE COINS IS UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND DOWNRIGHT MEAN. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOTTOM-DWELLING COMPANY TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN THE RUSSIANS.

The overall quality of coins were GOOD to AU with very little damage or corrosion. I was disappointed with the date "spread". There was a large number of 1945 coins and the range was fairly small. I found one 1927 the rest varied for 1940 to 1958 but did not follow a "bell curve" distribution.
