My experience at Golden Chick was disappointing. The chicken was not fresh, the okra was stale, and the food was not enjoyable. The food was barely warm. I also did not receive any utensils with my order. After reaching out about my concerns, I was denied a refund. I expected much better quality and service. When people pay for a meal, they expect quality, freshness, and decent customer service. Customers work hard for their money and deserve food that is fresh, properly prepared, and enjoyable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I hope Golden Chick improves its food quality and customer service so future customers receive the experience they are paying for. You contact the place of business directly, but they don't have the decency and respect to answer your call.
