Can't login..says I'm blocked

I was in Ireland having a bet onthe grand national and footie bets.....I won and now Ive been blocked from the site and can't withdraw my money...I've e-mailed them and still answer...Does anyone know how I can get my money back into my account.

By far the worst company I have ever used ... Can't auto verify so you have to jump through hoops to get your money .... They also confirmed on live chat they do not have deposit limits which is a legal requirement by the UK gambling comission it's just a terrible all round company
