Great experience with Gold Class Limo! We had a party bus for my daughter’s senior prom. Eric was our driver and even rolled out the red carpet for the kids! They were very responsive and showed up right on time and were flexible when we needed to change the drop off locations.

I have worked with Gold Class Limo and they are very professional and expect top notch customer service from time of arrival to drop off. Book with them!

We had a very bad experience with this company. My husband ordered this limousine for my birthday, but the experience turned out to be terrible. Everyone felt sick and uncomfortable during the ride. The driver did not arrive on time and was late. The driving itself was awful—it felt like he was transporting logs, not people. The driver seemed to be in a rush, and we couldn’t even properly enjoy our time at one winery. On the way back, he was driving fast and even had a minor accident. Then we were told that we had delayed the limousine and had to pay extra. After such horrible service, they still expected a tip. I don’t know why my husband gave them one—I would have refused to pay for such service. Do not book this limousine.
P.S. thank you for your replies. This service was ordered by my husband for my birthday. I just shared my experience. I am not sure about your drivers training but our experience wasn’t nice and smooth.

We booked a Hummer Limo a month in advance of our kids senior prom, the day of the prom they pulled up in an SUV limo. That is not the same thing at all and definitely a down grade.
It was very disappointing and a huge let down since we booked so far in advance to make sure we got what we were paying for.
Paying for a Hummer and not getting a Hummer for a once in a lifetime occasion is not acceptable.

I rented their luxury Hummer limo. Late the night before I received notification that the limo was experiencing mechanical difficulties and they would have to send an expedition limo on its place. When the limo arrived it was visible old, worn down, and uncared for. The inside was just as disappointing. The privacy window between the driver and the passengers did not work, remained down we had no privacy. The interior was cracked and falling apart with exposed screws, tv did not work. When these issues were brought up I was advised they could not honor their contracts agreement for compensation because they borrowed this limo from another company and they would lose money if they did. After several days of back and forth they refused to honor their contract agreement. Once a review was posted I then got a call stating they would honor our contract only if we would agree to remove our review and restrain from posting any comments regarding this instance. After deeper review of the company I have found other reviews with similar responses stating they have changed their review to a higher rating because the company came around and assisted them in the end. I will not be removing or changing my comment in order to receive compensation that is clearly stated in their own contract. Fraud case has been filed. Beware of this company.

The service was great, driver was responsive, knew the areas, and was able to change course as the night went on.
The driver was waiting for us right outside the restaurant and the limo was flawless inside and out.

This company is fraudulent . We booked a white hummer limo in January for senior prom. Midnight the night before prom we received an email stating the hummer was having issues and they were sending an equivalent ford expedition limo. They did not offer a choice or any kind of refund but promised it would be the same premium service. I informed them I was not happy. The limo that arrived was an embarrassment. It was yellowing on the top, dirty, the inside wood was cracked, the privacy window did not work. The tinted window was fading. Their contract states they need to offer a full refund if a replacement is not agreed upon. This was in San Antonio Texas. They did not offer us a chance or any other replacement. In fact I don't think they even have a white hummer. We are seeking a full refund. You use them at your own risk!!!

My son's wedding was scheduled for August 30, 2025, and I contacted Gold Glass Limo. I wasn't sure if this was going to work, but they were very fast, efficient, polite, and professional in what they do. They provided me the Hammer that I needed and kept in touch with me till the day of the event. They sent a driver as scheduled and followed up with me to make sure everything went well and it did. James in particular played a very big role with the process and I can't thank him enough for everything he did for me. Thank you, James!

I rented a stretch Lincoln MKS from Gold Class Limo for my son's prom. Booking the vehicle was simple and seamless. The driver, David, was on time, polite, and from all accounts very patient and accommodating. The vehicle was well maintained and sharp. My son and his friends had a great time.

We hired Gold Class Limo for our daughter’s prom. They were professional, courteous, organized and responsive throughout the entire process. They’re contracting was formal but simple, and each time I texted with a question, update or clarification they responded within minutes. When the limo arrived it was on time, clean and in excellent condition with water and sodas for the kids. Best of all, the driver, Mike, was kind, fun and took great care of the group, and texted me quick updates throughout the night about where he had taken them, assuring me they looked like they were having a great time, and complimenting the kids for being polite and well-behaved. An overall 10/10 experience! And the kids said the limo was the best part of their night. I highly recommend Gold Class Limo!

Reservations were Easy Staff very helpful. Driver was Great. Limo was awesome Kids had a great time. I made reservations for the Prom on the wrong date. Three days before prom when I called with my mistake the found a limo that was just what we wanted.

Had an amazing experience with this limo service for prom! Communication was tremendous from start to finish!! The car was luxurious and spotless, and our driver was professional and punctual! Shout out to Nan! The ride was smooth, safe, and truly elevated the experience. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

I used Gold Class Limo to transport my daughter and her friends to the prom. We were pleased with the service provided by Gold Class Limo and the driver, Lester, was very attentive to the care and safety of the girls throughout the night. The girls had a wonderful evening.

I did not get what I paid for. I ordered a 25 passenger party bus and the morning of my event I received a text saying they are upgrading the party bus to a 30 passenger bus complimentary. I called to verify that I would be getting the same look and style inside out and I was assured that I would. That was not the case. The bus looked like it came straight from a junk yard, faded paint, dingy, dirty, and very ugly. Ceiling light did not work. If was a mess. I messaged them and have not gotten any resolution or compensation. I would never recommend them and will be blasting them all over social media. That party bus was unacceptable.
