Hi met up in carno last Friday with Haque such a polite exceptional nice gentleman so honest very pleased

I took 6 1g 24 karat Tavex gold bars and 2 small 24 karat coins. They used an acid test and told me all of the gold was 9 karat.

I then took my gold to Gold Traders which is at 29 High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett. They used an x-ray and verified that all of my gold was 24 karat. They also stated they would pay me about £70 per gram of 24 Karat gold, but Gold Traders paid just over £99 per gram of 24 karat gold.

It is completely unacceptable to be unable to correctly verify the karat and pay way under market value and call yourself specialists.

I had some jewellery that I was no longer wearing and a broken necklace and also had some jewellery that I inherited. I took them to Gold Arthur and got a very good valuation for them. Zia was very polite and a pleasure to meet.
I so pleased with the amount I received, that I took my Mum’s unwanted jewellery and again had the same good valuation and great customer service

Excellent communication, and best of all he fixed my broken clasp on tennis bracelet which was the only reason I'd thought of selling it - this I think made me really believe they are true to their words.

I spoke to Peter Davis today he was great very polite and professional I had only taken a few scraps and some broken bits and got much more than I thought I would FIVE STARS !!!

Rip off undervalued by £375 ,guy dressed as a penguin, silly kindle that revolves to think you are getting a bargain, gold offer was less than scrap value, first offer was £720 which i said was rubbish oh i put in scrap gold not bullion next offer £850 as gold value is poor this month ,rubbish comment i left and took £1210 offered by jewellery shop

The whole process was interesting. Claire kept us informed of what she was doing, checking to see if the items were gold or silver.
Once she had got the items into piles of which carat she thought they were, she checked them to confirm.
After this she weighed each group of gold & silver carat, then worked out the value for each pile.
Once accepted, we completed the necessary paperwork and that was it.
Within 3 working days, the money was in my account.
