Absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe ein kühlpflichtiges Medikament bestellt, das ungekühlt geliefert wurde – damit faktisch unbrauchbar. Anstatt das Problem zu lösen, verweigerte KAPSEL sowohl Rücknahme als auch Erstattung. Trotz eindeutiger Falschlieferung lässt man es bewusst auf einen Rechtsstreit ankommen, wohl wissend, dass sich Kunden wegen der Kosten scheuen.
Dieses Verhalten ist unseriös und kundenfeindlich. Wer hier bestellt, geht ein hohes Risiko ein. Von dieser Apotheke kann ich nur dringend abraten – es gibt genügend seriöse Alternativen.

Review of Online Pharmacy KAPSEL
An absolute disaster. I ordered a medication that requires refrigeration, but it was delivered without cooling – making it effectively unusable. Instead of solving the problem, KAPSEL refused both a return and a refund. Despite an obvious incorrect delivery, the company deliberately forces customers into legal disputes, knowing most will avoid the costs.
This behavior is dishonest and hostile to customers. Ordering here is a high risk. I can only strongly advise against this pharmacy – there are plenty of reliable alternatives.
I ordered a product on Sunday 13th. Your delivery page states it will be shipped next working day (Germany). I have not received any notification of dispatch / shipment yet!! I want to know where my order is.
I have emailed twice and messaged on instagram and have had no response!!
