Ensuring a superlative experience for retail customers
The iNRI team is very committed to a superlative experience for us retail customers. I was fortunate that the CEO personally rolled up his sleeves to ensure my experience was top-notch. They were also very responsive whenever a problem arose, sometimes going above and beyond the call of duty when certain steps in the buying of mutual funds process was outside their control, lying with someone else in the overall transaction ecosystem.
