The case arrived quickly and looked fantastic. The design on the case was a bit loose, though. I had to glue the corners of the design/picture back to the case. Otherwise, I like it.

Do not order from this company. Ordered what was advertised as a glitter phone case. Once it arrived, it was a cheap plastic cover that I could have purchased off a market stall for £1. They charged me £25 including the p&p. In the process of trying to get a refund however I don't hold out much hope judging by the reviews. I wish I'd read these before ordering. Really disappointing.

Great Service, fast response, fast shipping.

Why two stars then? -The print quality.
The case arrived damaged and even with a dirt stain on it... The package wasn't sealed.
The quality of the printing is extraordinarly bad. It has white stripes and it has not many details. The colours are weak unfortunately, especially the bright ones.

I’ve had a gorgeous Snoopy case for 5 months and the thing is falling apart. £20 quid for a case that lasts 5 months when my £1.99 SHEIN case has lasted 3 years!!

Does anyone know where their warranty information is? As apparently the warranty is out.

Never using this company again! And I will be telling friends and family the same.

Used to love the cases and designs but the webpage is so dumb and unbrowse-able I’m not even going to bother. Far too many forced filters. Do better.

I made an error and ordered the incorrect size ipad case. Cannot fault their customer service . Myca got back to me within hours, sorted me out and organised a replacement. Thank you!
As far as quality goes, I haven't used it yet but a phone cover that I bought previously is still going strong.

Bought a west ham decal set for ps5 in the sum of £14.99.
It turned out to be one sheet of 3 or 4 self adhesive stickers.
Would suggest they must have put the decimal place in the wrong place as £1.49 would have been a far more realistic price.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a case in August last year. When it arrived it felt a bit flimsy. It broke not long after I got it. I contacted the company and I’ve been told it’s out of their warranty period so I can’t get an exchange or a refund. The case cost £19.99. Previously I had a simple case for £5 night from elsewhere which was much more substantial and lasted about 3 years! I would avoid Head Case Designs. You pay premium prices for shoddy products

I ordered a pittsburgh penguins flip case and I'm sad to report this hasn't even lasted a couple of weeks. Its literally falling to bits. After 2 weeks I would not expect this to be I'm the condition that its in now especially after it has been looked after since Christmas I am very disappointed and I'm looking for something be resolved for this.

Ordered a NHL Tampa Bay Lightning case off Amazon from this company. After two days the case rapidly deteriorated and the print looked awful. Basic use in and out my pocket caused this, extremely poor quality and I will be looking for a refund. Total disappointment.

I ordered a Harry Potter Case from Headcase Designs with the intent of using it for my Google Pixel 7a and it arrived just fine, I encountered no problems with the packaging and delivery.
The main problem I had with this phone case is the fact that the quality is very poor and it is deteriorating itself. In the past two weeks I've been using this phone case and it is completely deteriorated.

Worst money I've ever spent.

Ordered 2nd December money taken straight away but still not received, also emailed no reply!

So I placed an order for two phone cases on 22nd November. Payment was taken but no email confirmation, no order number, tried to email, Facebook message and call. No response at all. Rather useless company if I’m honest. Wish I had read reviews beforehand. I wouldn’t waste your time with these.

43 quid for a load of poor quality rubbish. Phone case peeling off and only just opened the package

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered my case the first time through Amazon and never received it. Also, the tracking number showed it never left the warehouse. A month into it Amazon finally let me request the refund. The company replied that I had received my case weeks prior! I had to protest, so Headcase claimed they would reship the item as well as refund my money for all the trouble they caused me. I NEVER received the "re-shipped" item! Ha! They did refund me however when I gave them a less than stellar review on Amazon. I then went straight to Headcase Designs website to order directly and proceeded to order three cases (buy 2 get one free). I received a box 5 days later with the corresponding tracking and order number but just a singular case for a different style phone in a totally different style than I had selected. I ordered 3 leather Frida Kahlo wallet style cases, they sent me a SINGULAR plastic cover for a football club. I tried to call their customer service number and it is disconnected. Ha! Wow! I have sent an email. We'll see if I get my money back or if I finally get the correct order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE RIGHT HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE LEFT HAND IS DOING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

UPDATE: CASE RECEIVED but would of liked an email confirmation.

Ordered a case for my new Samsung A14. Received email confirming order. Then to say shipped. Still not received it impossible to track. No notifications from courier and can't get in touch with the courier unless I pay £6!!!
I can't get through to Head Case themselves as their phone number just disconnects. I have sent them numerous emails but no reply.
Worst company I have ever bought from and would certainly never use them again.
Thank goodness I used PayPal as I will be asking them to get my money back.

Paid £18 for a Man city Samsung S23 Ultra case and its the cheapest crappy £1 case what an absolute rip off ..Don't waste your money like I did..

I accidentally ordered the wrong Samsung cover, being able to return for a refund is proving impossible
