This is a terrible company and it’s best to avoid. I placed an order through GoGroopie which hasn’t been delivered the tracking info states “not found”and all they say is contact the seller which I did but no reply, avoid avoid avoid

GREAT OFFERS AT A PRICE EVERYONE CAN AFFORD

I was really impressed with the offer for the toothbrush and accessories and ordered two toothbrushes straightaway. The whole process of ordering, paying and exchanging the coupon was very easy to complete and I am looking forward to receiving my ordered shortly. I would definitely recommend the GoGroopie site 100%.

I ordered items worth over £300…

I ordered items worth over £300 including the delivery fee, I didn’t receive any tracking details, no information regarding my order nothing, 300 quid isn’t a small money, I haven’t received any mail from anyone regarding my order. This is getting me crazy.

I haven’t received what I ordered as it…

I haven’t received what I ordered as it is now out of stock and I haven’t received my payment back.
They want to give me a credit on their account, but I would like my money back as there is nothing else I want to buy.
I am a disabled pensioner and wanted a cooling fan, nothing else. Thank you.

on your advert you asked what size I wanted 7/8/9/10 ect so I asked for a 9 and you sent size 42? which is size 8?? if you had asked me in UK sizes I would have said 43 as that's the size I am so they don't fit!! and I they took about 2 weeks to be delivered !!

Thieving scammers!!!

Thieving scammers!!!! Bought a product from them, which arrived. Offered a free product for a payment of £2.50 for postage. They denied all knowledge of any this order. Further messages not answered, despite me sending further proof of the payment and order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY!!!!!!! I asked for the return of the postage, no item received. No reply!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!
