They didn’t pay me what I was meant to be paid it was £52 less it was a iPhone 12 Pro Max.Terrible service just a bunch of lies. Plus I sent my Nintendo and ps5 controller and they were sent with my iPhone they still haven’t processed the Nintendo and the controller how is that possible if they arrived at the same time?

I liked how it was quick and easy, but disliked the difference in price I was offered after a quality check because my battery was less then 85%, it gave me a big price drop for having a 84% battery life.
