I ordered a pair of glasses and waited two weeks for it to arrive, only for my prescription to be wrong. They entered it wrong and said they can do a one time only replacement. Still waiting on my replacement. What happens if this one is wrong too? No refund?

I paid extra for expedited shipping and…
I paid extra for expedited shipping and 2-day glasses, it took 5 days and was in most part due to your system putting the address in the wrong spot on the package. I asked for a fee reduction only to be ignored. I missed spending Mother's Day with my daughter because the glasses did not get delivered in time for the long drive to her home. I was told by UPS it was due to this issue.
