Quick response and timely assitance.

Still waiting for reimbursement of no less than THREE unauthorised debits taken off my credit card. I keep getting told 7-10 days! And they use a more favourable exchange rate so I lose out! Not acceptable. I want every single cent taken! All I tried to do was buy something and the next thing I’d been scammed into some ridiculous membership (all in the fine print). I’ll only consider removing this post when I’ve recovered every stolen cent. Buyer beware. Stay away from this company. Bunch of crooks!

I opened a case about a transaction error and their agent gave me assurance that if I give them a review they would refund my payment.

Basically i got an information on fb that a company i.e. Temu willing to offer its stock clearance at only cost of USD 2 i proceed that but even at the end before completion of my application i stop that being not interested further more. Anyhow i am not interested in any such kind of business and request you to kindly process my refund at your earlist. thanks

I wanted to order a product from an ad for $2. Little did I know that I was signing up for regular payments for several dozen dollars! However, Imani from this company is now in touch with me and helping to resolve the issue.
