Well first off their customer service is just is non-existent. It's AI or whatever you call it. That just tells you obviously to go call a certain number and when you call that number it's another AI. It's not a person and they can't answer any of your questions. Like why is my package keep saying it's undelivered undeliverable after I finally on the Walmart website find a way to tell them to put it leave it in the mailbox because we keep the fence closed and obviously the people that sell the products and the people that deliver the products do not talk to each other at all and gofo Express should not be acquiring any other company because they can't get their own company to do what to act right don't come in the US trying to start another parcel company. We already got FedEx and UPS and the United States postal service. They get it right decently we don't need another person running around. Act like that. Know what the hell's going on only thing you can do to improve your company is to sell it off and go find something else to do and you can't date of experience. Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Will not shop at any store that has this company as the deliver!!! This is the 3rd time I had a problem with this company. Packgage updates are always outdated and receive atleast 3-4 emails about a wrong address or unable to deliver when my address never changes and I’m home. Costumer service sucks you better off trying to find your package in a ditch.

Don't GOFO this company, you will regret it!
I delivered bulk packages for GOFO. In February 2026 while delivering, I hurt my back. I did not deliver 6 or 7 packages. Instead of paying me for to 45 to 50 I delivered, I was charged $500 for not completing the deliveries. They were payed for what I delivered, but did not pay me. If you drive to a delivery and are unable to gain access to deliver your package, you will not be paid for the attempt. Your time, energy, and fuel wasted.
Many drivers complain about how they look for ways to not pay you for what you deliver.

This was the worst customer service I ever came across. I had four failed delivery attempts to my current address. If I could get them -5 I would customer service was horrible delivery attempts with even more horrible. I wouldn’t recommend to have them drop off garbage at the trashcan.

Held my package at the warehouse saying “insufficient address” I checked and everything was correct and even sent them exact coordinates. They said it was too late they sent the package back to sender. Horrible company and can’t avoid them if your seller chooses them. They deserve to be shut down.

Every driver leaves packages in my driveway where they can be stolen, are exposed to bad weather, or can be run over when backing out of the garage. There is a door there but every other shipper delivers to the front porch, which is one level up but obviously a more appropriate location to leave packages. Customer service suggested I add a special request to each order but I feel I should not have to do that as they should have an option to permanently add that to the notes for my address. Better yet, their drivers couldn’t exercise some common sense as UPS and FedEx do.
Disrespectful, delivery driver?
I dont like this company they are very rude they don't care about your package at all I got a package today at the delivery driver throw my package on my porch, that pissed me off I reported him, well I hope I did it right when I text him on it all he side well I have 200 more package and I couldn't what for you he didn't have to wait for me. He could have just placed it on my porch. So very disrespectful I have his face and his actions on the ring camera. I wish a different company were delivering my packages. Or this company higher better people.

I ordered a package off of TikTok confident I would receive it. I live in an apartment building. I have packages regularly delivered with no problem. I checked and saw that the package was delivered and I go to look at the photo on Gofu express and TikTok and the package was delivered to a neighborhood at a random house…I live in an apartment complex. I don’t know how to delivery driver messed up that bad to deliver it to a house in neighborhood when it clearly says apartment number on the package. They are not taking this mistake by the company and delivery driver serious at all.

You see all of these 1 star reviews and still is at the very bottom of delivery companies. Do better if I ever see my package being sent by gofo again I’m canceling as soon as possible. They deliver whenever they feel like it no matter if you have an expected date or not. Little to no customer service and when you finally do talk to a person they can’t help you or tell you whatever you need to hear to get you off the phone.

Absolutely Insane!
Absolutely Insane!! Not once, but TWICE! This driver actually wrote on our building. A place of business. He wrote the numbers to our address on the brick building...TWICE! I cannot get over the audacity of some people. I reported it to GOFO, sent all the evidence, including a picture of him doing it and have heard nothing since. The next time I will call the police.

I once ordered on SHEIN a total of 200$ worth on clothes and the whole package got delivered to the wrong address,I tried to get in touch whit the delivery guy and the company to get a solution about the lost package but I never did ,until today I still haven’t received it neither my money ,is very sad ,because whenever I buy something from SHEIN and they bring the GOFO to deliver the stuff I get very sad because I don’t know what can happen with it 😭

I ordered two watches from China
I ordered two watches from China. After several weeks without any tracking updates, i learned that gofo was the delivery company. I received an intact package with only one of the two watches I purchased. The original company blamed gofo and gofo blamed the original company. They kept sending me the exact same verbiage in their responses to my complaints. If I would have known, I would NEVER have ordered anything. These guys are a joke and I do not trust them.

Extremely disappointing experience. My packages were delivered to the wrong address and were ultimately stolen as a result. This situation could have easily been avoided with more care and attention to delivery details. I expected a much higher level of reliability and accountability. Such a frustrating experience
Such a frustrating experience. First package marked undeliverable for no reason, all the driver needed to do was use a call box for entry but never attempted.
Package is then held until you get in touch with Customer service, which can take days. Then you wait for a second delivery attempt with takes about a week.
It took longer to work with customer service then the initial time from the seller. For a final point delivery service this is the most inefficient service that I’ve ever experienced
